Job Name/Title: CMMI Consultant
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Bachelors Degree with 6-10 YEARS of experience.
As a CMMI Consultant there, your Responsibilities would be:
Help client in managing multiple programs from 5 mn$ to 10 mn$ size.
Plan and strategies PMO at various levels of organization.
Plan and drive the implementation of various PMO Framework and Strategy
Framework.
Expose the organization right kind of management / statistical techniques to
provide better value proposition to the client.
Provide adequate leadership in order manage the customer relationship as well as
expand the existing account.
Manage Development teams based on development standardizations.
Identify business opportunity and increase the account strength.
Create Assets for the practice.
Prepare proposals and involve discussion with client.
Ensure delivery for projects in a particular geography / account when working as
Delivery Manager.
Required Experience:
Worked for 6+ years in CMMI * consulting space.
Worked for 6+ years in quality function of a CMMI * / CMM* maturity level 3 IT
organization.
Performed process analysis, process improvement planning, process definition,
process training, process audit, metrics analysis
participated in SCAMPI based appraisal.
Good knowledge of software engineering lifecycle.
Undergone the formal SEI approved CMMI * introductory.
