range of projects across the execution stages, preferably with both
operators and contractors with at least 3 years of experience in
managing the front-end or detailed engineering being undertaken by the
Contractors, Experience in acting as Engineering or Technical authority
on a major project.
DELIVERY TEAM LEADER
Minimum requirements: Degree in Engineering. A supporting qualification
in project management would be an advantage, Above 10 years experience
in the Upstream Oil and Gas Industry focusing on project delivery
activities on a wide range of projects from pre FEED through EPC into
operations, preferably with both operators and contractors, should have
the drive and energy to achieve success through leading, influencing,
directing and working with all project contractors and other PMT
members.
PLANNING ENGINEER (DIVISIONAL)
Minimum requirements: Degree in Engineering or equivalent, 10 years
experience for an Operator in the Upstream Oil and Gas Industry focusing
on business planning, administration and reporting activities with the
Operator’s project and engineering organization, should possess
excellent communications, presentation, influencing and behavioral
skills, be fluent in English and have good computer literacy. Should be
competent in utilizing standard planning, presentation and reporting
software applications as used in the industry.
PROCESS ENGINEER (CONTROL & INSTRUMENTATION)
Minimum Requirement: Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical
engineering, 5 years experience in Control & Instrumentation (plus SCADA
system) in Water & Power or Oil & Gas.
FIREMAN (5 nos.)
Minimum requirements: Higher secondary education, Min.2-3 years working
experience as Fireman with UAE Heavy and Light Driving License. Salary
Dhs:3500/- (consolidated). Working hours 11 hrs. 30 days paid leave with
return air ticket after 100 days. Single Status Food/Accommodation
provided.

Minimum Requirements: Degree in a relevant professional discipline which
is a core professional discipline of Company’s business; professional

upstream oil industry, proven skills and a motivation to train mentor
and develop others in professional discipline, experience in competency
assurance and HR development methods and practices, Minimum 10 years
experience, which includes exposure to HR Development, practices
proficient in English, particularly the ability to coach and prepare
learning materials. Following competencies are considered critical for
success:- 1) Coaches and Mentors others 2) Customer focus 3) Effective
communication at all organizational levels, Team working and
Co-ordination, Planning and Organizing & Bias for action and results –
oriented.
SYSTEM ENGINEER (RTOC & ACC)
Minimum requirements: B.Sc. in IT system engineering or equivalent, 10
years experience preferrably IT infrastructure and hardware (Linux, Unix
and Windows), database and file management, business application
familiarity (Geoframe, ROXAR, and Geoprobe), storage allocation and
management and 5 years demonstrated experience in installing, system
administration and support of Solarix, and multi vendor Linux operating
systems, Proficiency in Windows Client Operating systems, Proficiency in
UNIX shell scripting language, good knowledge of Rearview, Projection
systems, Video display walls, plotting, printing and scanning systems,
good knowledge of application installation support for oil & gas
software suites such as, but not limited to Landmark, Geoquest, Roxar.
PROJECT ENGINEER (SERVICES)
Minimum requirements: Degree in Engineering, 10 years experience in the
Upstream Oil and Gas industry focusing on project management activities
on a wide range of projects across all stages, preferably with both
operators and contractors, Should have a clear understanding on the
resources constraints that impact project delivery of offshore upstream
projects across all the categories (people, logistics, contractors,
equipment and facilities) and how to effectively identify, quantify and
manage.
