BASIC FUNCTION:

Structures, inputs, to and maintains data storage and
retrieval systems both computerized and manual.


SCOPE:

Works under the direct supervision of the appropriate
supervisor and is responsible for professional level
data handling and management. Work may be performed
in numerous locations throughout Project or
Facilities.


PRINCIPAL CONTACTS:

Interfaces frequently with supervisory level
personnel, engineers, and other maintenance
individuals, both above and below his level. Can
frequently interact with vendor organizations.


PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

A. Organizes Orcle DBA, database structures to
facilitate storage and retrieval of information. This
can be both computerized and manual systems.

B. Organizes and maintains technical library
information to support organizational needs.

C. Orcle DBA, Inputs and retrieves information
into/from designated data handling systems. This can
be a computer key punch function, as well as manual
filing.

D. Prepares Orcle DBA,reports as defined by
Management.

E. Responsible for on-the-job training of assigned
personnel.

F. Other duties as identified and assigned by
Management.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

A. Orcle DBA, B.S. in computer science with 10 years
appropriate experience; or,

B. Orcle DBA, B.S. in an engineering discipline with 5
years directly associated experience; or,

C. Must be proficient in English, being able to
thoroughly understand computer database information.

E. At least 2 years experience with Computerized
Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) being conversant
with all associated database files.

F. Must be in possession of a valid home country
driver's license, physically fit and fully capable of
obtaining a Driver's license for the contract duration
if required to do so.
