hands-on manager to
lead our reservations team, property management, our new property handover

You would be required to develop, account and monitor and organise our vacation
homes department
thereby ensuring a smooth running of our Villa and Apartment vacation operation
into a 24/7
service.
You’ll meet all sorts of people from all sorts of places, develop your already

holiday by
introducing them to a great range of days and nights out, you will also be
working and meeting with
our landlords and ensuring a great return on their holiday home investment.
We’ll turn you into a slick sales person, problem solver and all-round

you’ll develop into someone who has the confidence to do anything!
Duties include: Organization of reservation team, ensuring housekeeping daily
duties. Assessing,
monitoring and coaching of staff. Problem solving, offering advice, assistance
and support to the
property management and handover vacation team through effective communication,
conducting weekly
meetings.
As an excellent negotiator and business planner, you'll also ensure that we
continue to get best
value out of our network of suppliers.
As department Manager you will undertake an array of tasks &; responsibilities
including:
* General running of the small call centre
* Marketing and admin duties
* Setting targets
* Motivating all departments employees
* Structuring e-mailings and mailings to prospective clients
* Excellent sales technique supported by evidence of previous performance
* Confident and enthusiastic
* Credibility when discussing the marketplace and choice of services
* Hard working and good team player
Qualifications required.
Previous overseas resort experience, at least as an overseas rep but preferably
experienced at
resort/hotel manager level with an established tour operator. Alternatively a
strong residential
property manager with sales ability will be considered.
Please note that applicants must be UK/EU/USA/AUS/NZ citizens. You must also be
an excellent
administrator with proficient computing skills as you will be responsible for
all admin for the
area.
This is a rare but tremendous opportunity to develop your experience and
knowledge of the Middle
East as your specialist market.
