Description: ROLE: Provide technical and administrative support to CEO of an

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assists in organizing day-to-day logistics, including scheduling activities
and travel.
• Supports project activities and assist in preparation of project reports.
• Coordinates and assists in preparing proposals.
• Assists the CEO in communication and correspondence with clients.
• Writes or drafts correspondence, reports, documents and/or other written
materials.
• Reviews outgoing correspondence, edits for procedural and grammatical
accuracy, conformance to general policy and factual correctness; advises writer
of problems needing attention.
• Edits written material for accuracy, format, and arrangement of material.
• Composes routine letters and replies based on general instructions.
• Prepares letters, reports, records and other related documents from rough
drafts, corrected copy, or recorded media; proofreads completed materials and
makes corrections.
• Translate correspondence from Arabic into English and vice versa
• Records and/or transcribes minutes of meetings, hearings, dictation, dialogue,
etc., and produces document in draft or final format.
• Prepare and/or process documents; review for accuracy and completeness; update
information and/or evaluate against policy; compare elements for consistency or
logical relationships, etc.
• Gathers and compiles information as requested; prepares related reports or
documents.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED: None
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: CEO
PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Performance evaluation will be based on:
• Success in ensuring that support is provided to CEO in a timely manner.
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff.
• Ensuring the smooth running of office operations.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to determine priorities and ensure timely and accurate completion of
assigned projects and responsibilities.
• Effectiveness in presenting a professional image.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum Associates (Bachelor) Degree in Science and/or Engineering.
• Four or more years of office experience in capacity of an executive assistant.
• Working knowledge and proficiency in spreadsheets, graphics, and presentation
software packages (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Corel Draw).
• Strong word processing skills (WordPerfect, Word).
• Native Arabic speaker.
• Excellence in verbal communication, writing, and editing skills in Arabic and
English.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle a number of assignments
simultaneously.
• A customer service orientation and ability to work well with a diverse group
of people.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia is a significant benefit.
LOCATION
The project office is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent
