Graduate Civil Engineers, with minimum 10 years experience in planning and
monitoring construction programs of high quality projects using primavera.

3+ years of experience in Civil / buildings
3) Quantity Surveyor
Well Qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyors specialized in Civil Work. The
candidate should be a Graduate in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years
sound experience in Quantity Surveying and contracts Management, Additional
qualification in Quantity Surveying / Contracts Management! Contract Law will be
an added advantage.
4) Architect Engineer
Diploma holder Architecture Engineering (Graduate is preferable ) specialized in
finishing with at least 5 years experience in building structures and other
related works. Knowledge in management, supervisory works which is related to
Architecture Engineering works and building systems and with know-how in MS
Programs and AutoCAD

Job Summary:
Develops and implements Corporate/Country HR strategies to facilitate the
achievement of high performance teams across the business. Ensures that the
skills and capabilities needed to meet and exceed business objectives through
effective performance are in place. Participates in supporting new business
projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Works with senior and divisional managers, and the broader HR Team, to put in
place and deliver an HR Business plan that supports line managers to achieve
business performance objectives, evaluating the effective deployment of HR
resources against business need.
• Manages all HR requests and administration, and communicates relevant and
consistent HR information to Management / Divisional teams.
• Ensures recruitment and succession processes are implemented to deliver the
current and future resource required by the business, managing delivery against
agreed plans or gaps.
• Ensures the annual performance management cycle is executed, monitoring
appropriate follow-on action planning and implementation to address performance
issues and development needs.
• Ensures fair, timely and consistent case management as per local labor law on
attendance, disciplinary and grievance matters, providing coaching and guidance
to management.
• Advises and implements reward and recognition processes.
• Liaises with the Training and Development Manager to ensure that T&D is
delivered and monitored for improved business performance, and that all key
management roles have the skills required to perform effectively within their
roles.
• Manages the training, development and succession planning of the HR team to
ensure availability of staff to meet future HR plans.
2) FINANCE MANAGER
Job Description
Supervise all incoming and outgoing financial transactions in order to enforce
defined accounting standards.
Implement accounting policies and procedures in order to provide accurate
financial and management reports.
Control and secure defined level of liquidity in order to maximise the achieved
interest income or minimize the interest expense on account balance and monitor
cash flow.
Supervise all budgeting requirements for financial year end accounts including
the approval of budgets and advise to internal customers on defined processes.
Supervise and review payroll payments in order to ensure a timely payment of
employees.
Develop, analyze and review recommended financial deal structuring regarding The
Client’s financial activities in order to ensure feasibility and profitability.
Experience
7 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in an international
environment.
Sound experience in the accounting and auditing and finance business
environment.Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting.
Membership of relevant professional associations.
Knowledge and Skills
Familiarity with Oracle Financials and Accounting software / systems.
Financial modeling, business planning skills.
Good understanding of company law and investment law.
High level of capability to work with mathematical concepts, apply them and
their proportions to practical situations
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other
department heads and governmental officials.

Job Description
Scada Engineer
The SCADA System Engineer would be responsible for the maintenance and support
of all aspects of the SCADA system. This is a very broad role requiring
experience and knowledge of IT, communications media and protocols, the RTU and
RPC at the well sites and the PLC at the subcenters. The engineer should also
understand how the system is used in an oilfield environment to allow effective
communication with customers.
The SCADA System Engineer needs to have a detailed knowledge of the areas and
system components specified below and how they interact.
Windows operating systems;
QNX operating system;
Realflex SCADA applications and interfaces;
Cisco switches and firewalls;
Communications servers;
Communications standards and protocols - Ethernet, Spread Spectrum radio,
RS232/485, TCP/IP, Modbus, Baker8500.
Motorola Cyclone radio network and its diagnostic tools;
MDS Transnet 2400 radio network and its diagnostic tools;
eP EXS1000 RTU;
eP M2000 RPC;
Yokogawa Stardom Process PLC;
Yokogawa Prosafe Safeguarding PLC;
Interfacing to the ESP controllers.
HSE standards;
IT and Control System security standards
Scada Technicians
The SCADA Field Technician would be responsible for the maintenance and support
of the:
RPC and related equipment at Beam Pump well sites;
RTU and related equipment at ESP well sites;
RTU and related equipment at Water Injection and Water Disposal
The SCADA Field Technician needs to be trained and experienced in:
eP EXS1000 RTU configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance;
eP M2000 RPC configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance;
MDS Transnet 2400 radio configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance;
General well site instrumentation;
Serial interface standards - RS232, RS485;
Communications protocols - Modbus and Baker8500;
SCADA system at the data acquisition level;
ESP controllers/drives and downhole gauges
HSE requirements
Relevant Permit to Work system;
General knowledge and experience of oilfield operations.
