Oracle ERP ADMINISTRATOR,
Oracle ERP Functional consultant
Oracle ERP Administrator (One Position)
· Five or more years of hands-on experience supporting multiple production
Oracle databases for large clients,
· Implementation experience in a multi-state system implementation.
· Install and configure ERP Applications, set up new environments.
· Support multiple databases in a high availability environment,
· Experience in database design, index creation, capacity planning, tuning, and
optimization including:
o Creating databases and objects within the database.
o Designing and tuning database components.
o Validating database models, structure and process.
o Providing logical and physical database design support
o Sizing tables and table space for production, allocating space to tables and
table space, monitoring table space growth and analyzes and corrects disk
fragmentation.
o Restoring databases tables and drives, as necessary.
· Apply required patch sets, patches to make use of the full functionality of
the current version.
· Responsible for setting up backup schedules as well as monitoring daily
backups.
· Pro-active monitoring day to day aspects of DBA like space, scheduled jobs,
housekeeping, security issues, auditing, automating jobs
· Be familiar with navigation through application, Application Desktop
Integrator as well as table structure for major modules (GL, AP, AR, HR and
Payroll).
· Experience with performance tuning, backup / recovery, stored procedures,
query optimization, replication, installations and design operational procedures
· Ability to work independently, retain flexibility and maintain composure under
pressure.
· Proven experience in maintaining project schedules, documentation,
communications, and meeting deadlines.
Oracle ERP Functional consultant (Finance, HR & Payroll, Procurement and
Projects) (One position for each module)
Functional/Technical knowledge of Oracle ERP applications specializing in Oracle
E-Business Suite either of Finance/HR & Payroll/Procurement/Projects
Modules - Oracle Applications 11i, 12i
GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash, BOM, INV, WIP, MRP, CST, QA, Service, PO,OE
Expert SQL coding experience
Must have development experience of PL/SQl
Report Customization for Functional design, Technical Design, Report
registration
Must have done Data Migration
Ability to work independently or as a part of a Team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Minimum required experience 5 years
Minimum required qualifications Computer Science

RESPONSIBILITIES
This person will be responsible for creating leads, contacting them,
understanding the “real” customer needs, educating them, creating the right
structured cabling solutions and developing significant sales revenue. They will
qualify accounts, create proposals, respond to Request For Proposals (RFP) and
deliver sales presentations. They will also be the single point of contact for
the customer and work with our internal Structured Cabling Installation team to
deliver the solutions and address any post-sales issues.
They will also work with the internal sales coordinator to create quotes, work
with accounts to create invoices and will be responsible for ensuring timely
payments from the customer. Generally provide any form of professional
assistance to ensure that the customer is meeting and exceeding their
requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Commerce or Sales
· A minimum of three years of experience in Structured Cabling sales, cold
calling, leads development and
of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
· Experience in creating quotes and formulating proposals
· Proven experience in customer communications which can include presentations
and/or marketing/sales
activities
· Ability to communicate and have rapport with a wide range of buyers
· Good time management and project management skills
· Ability to quickly learn and apply sales techniques and technical concepts
· High energy, self motivated and with a positive outlook on life
· MUST HAVE a valid UAE Drivers License
