Suitably qualified candidates having extensive design experience. Must be
capable of doing basic & detailed design for Oil & Gas and Petrochemical
projects involving utilities, infrastructure and buildings.
ARCHITECT:
Experience in designing Industrial Projects as per ARAMCO standards. Should know
Micro-station.
STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEER: Experience in analysis & design of RCC & steel
structures; proficiency in STAAD Pro; exposure to offshore and blast resistant
design is preferable.
CIVIL UTILITIES DESIGN ENGINEER:
Design experience of roads, paving, grading, drainage, water & sewage and
irrigation works.
PROCESS DESIGN ENGINEER:
Hands-on experience using Aspen plus – HYSYS for upstream facility design
involving oil & gas plants, refinery units, gas processing plants,
petrochemical/fertilizer plants, gathering lines-two phase transient flow
simulation and Offshore / cross-country transport of oil & gas.
INSTRUMENT DESIGN ENGINEER:
Good knowledge & experience of I & C design for oil / gas / petrochemical /
power and offshore projects, field instrumentation, foundation fieldbus, SCADA
systems for pipelines. Knowledge of Intools is preferable.
PIPING DESIGN ENGINEER:
Experience in piping layout, piping flexibility analysis, selection of piping
materials for plant piping in refineries, oil and gas facilities, petrochemical
plants. Experience in cross-country pipelines, offshore platforms and PDS is
preferable.
. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER:
Qualified Engineer with at least five years Hands-on Experience in ETAP Analysis
of Low & Medium Voltage Systems. Short Circuit Analysis, Load Flow Studies &
Motor Starting Studies (Static & Dynamic Analysis). Well Versed in preparation
of Relay Setting Calculations & Protection Coordination Studies using software.
Knowledge of other electrical softwares like EDSA desirable but not essential.
MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER:
Degree qualified in the Mecahnical Engineering with seven (7)+ years experience
in HVAC, plumbing, fire & safety services for Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals,
Refinery, Power & industrial projects.
COMMUNICATION ENGINEER: Hands-on experience in Design and implementation of
communications for Offshore Production platforms and Oil Exploration drilling
rigs. On-site plant communications for Petrochemical and Industrial plants
including Underground Fuel Storage Facilities.
CADD DESIGNER / OPERATORS (ALL DISCIPLINES):
Experience in both Autocad 2004 and Microstation essential, PDS beneficial.
COST ESTIMATOR: Substantial experience involving Oil & Gas and Petrochemical
projects. Knowledge of Timber Line, ICRUS, KBASE is preferable.
MATERIAL SPECIALIST:
Substantial experience inlcuidng initiating quotation requests, evaluation,
market research and preparation of purchse requisitions. Knowledge of ARAMCO
material system is preferable.
BIDS & PROPOSAL ENGINEER / MANAGER:
Degree qualified in any engineering disciplines with expertise for
pre-qualification documents, projects budgeting, contract admin, bid proposal,
business development, marketing intelligence (relating to gathering relevant
information for submission of the bids) estimating hours, costs, subcontracting,
providing status reports etc.
ROTATING EQUIPMENT ENGINEER:
Minimum 15 years of professional rotating equipment engineering, purchase,
commissioning experience. Must have worked for international EPCC companies.
Must be conversant with Pumps (Centrifugal-Horizontal, Vertical, Can; Positive
displacement types, Seawater pumps, Vacuum pumps, etc), Compressors, Turbines,
Ejectors, Elevators & Conveyers, etc for large scale projects.
Responsibilities
Work independently/in team for major oil & gas, refineries, petrochemical
project equipment/packages,
Understand/Define rotating machinery scope of work,
Evaluate equipment selection,
Perform design calculations,
Prepare Mechanical Datasheets,
Prepare equipment or Package specification,
Full understanding of requirements in API
Prepare Purchase Requisition,
Vendor documents/drawing reviews
Technical Evaluation of Bids from vendor,
Co-ordination with other departments, vendors, clients, etc.
Other International Standards & Codes :
Saudi Aramco standards,
Shell standards Etc
The commissioning & Operational experience shall be added advantage.

DESIGN CONSULTANCY EMPLOYING AROUND 200 TECHNICAL STAFF, BASED IN AL-KHOBAR,
SAUDI ARABIA.
REPORTING TO GENERAL MANAGER,
HE MUST BE SUITABLY QUALIFIED AND HANDS-ON, HIGHLY MOTIVATED, COMPUTER LITERATE,
CONTRACTUALLY ASTUTE, AN EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR, A TEAM PLAYER, ABLE TO WORK
UNDER PRESSURE WITH LIMITED RESOURCES AND VERY FAMILIAR WITH ISO 9001
REQUIREMENTS, COMPANY ADMINISTRATION, REPORTING, PROBLEM SOLVING AND
PRESENTATIONS. ALL SPECIFICALLY RELATED TO MULTI-DISCIPLINED ENGINEERING AND
DESIGN OF INFRASTRUCTURE AND OIL & GAS PROJECTS. EXPERIENCE IN THE QA / QC
REQUIREMENTS FOR EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT, MANPOWER SUPPLY, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
& SUPERVISION SERVICES IS ALSO ADVANTAGEOUS.
EXPERIENCE: 15 – 20 YEARS.
