recommendations and appropriate solution.
Preferable with Telco experience and mainly in Billing.
Create, maintain documentation and train new staff.
Has experience on contact vendor, order spare parts and consumable materials.
Excellent English in writing and speaking.
Good communication skills.
Willing to work in shifts and during holidays.
Experienced in Installation, upgrade, diagnoses, and fix of OCE.
12) Release Engineer
Knowledge of UNIX administration and scripting Knowledge of best practices in
Release Management Knowledge of compilation tools for Java and C source codes
UNIX, UNIX shell script, AIX, Windows, J BOSS WebSphere MQ, Message Broker, Web
Technologies, Java & C concepts Graduation / Post Graduation in Computer Science
/ Applications Hands on experience in deploying software applications in an
enterprise environment At least 5 years in Software Release Management
experience in an enterprise environment is preferred.
13) ClearCase Administrator
Daily ClearCase administration; ClearCase Multi-site Administration; Daily
maintenance and troubleshooting of issues including user support; Create and
maintain VOBs, Views, Projects, Codelines, triggers, users, baselines; Backup
and recovery of Clearcase environment; Keep documentation updated; and CCRC
administration.
