Job Specification/ Job Description
GSM solid experience, at least 6 years, 3G experience is a benefit.
Skill and Experience on using MapInfo is a must.
Solid experience in Ericsson BSC is mandatory, knowledge of Nokia, Siemens and
Huawei BSC will be a benefit. Ability to deal with MML command and nodes
printouts to be able to locate and solve problems is a benefit.
Responsible for Core BSS detailed design, dimensioning, optimization, expansion
project, preparing all Engineering design plans, method of procedures for all
BSS engineering activities.
Knowledge on BSC and RNC Dimensioning principle is a must.
Ability to operate Microsoft Excel, Macro and other Microsoft office
applications are a must.
Design and provide all required VAS solutions from the core engineering point of
view, Solution architect, strong ability in designing VAS/ Core solution in
multi vendor environment, Roaming services, …etc

NSS engineering activities, Traffic and signalling Routing Plans .
Solid experience in C7 signalizing design, dimensioning, troubleshooting and
optimization (Our network is one of the largest, 10 STPs, 500 HSLs, 10 000
LSLs), deep knowledge in different protocol stacks, expert in MTP and SCCP
routing. In addition to strong experience SIGTRAN (signaling over IP)

Job Title: NSS Signalling Expert
Job Specification / Job Description
Requires a specialist in signaling network design, with very solid and long
experience in the area of signaling network optimization, design, dimensioning
and long/short term planning.
He will be responsible to manage a huge signaling network with about 12 Ericsson
STGs (AXE10/AXE810), to define the best topology for efficient resources usage
and to do all the signaling design related work activities for existing and new
projects.
