A leading multinational firm in middle east is looking for suitable candidates for the following



§ Responsible for sales of assigned products and services of the company and application of
effective marketing & sales approaches based on company strategies.

§ Develops database for existing and potential customers and principals

§ Manages existing accounts and renews contracts of current customers

§ Brings-in new customers and new business

§ Maintains close business relationships with principals and customers

§ Follow-up payments from customers

§ Wins back business from zero billing customers

§ Negotiates, finalizes and closes deals that are profitable under the supervision of the Sales

§ Coordinates preparation and issuance of proposals/tender documents under the supervision of
the Sales Manager

§ Provides feed back on competitor issues, loss of revenue, service issues and customer
dissatisfaction to the company

§ Coordinates CRM activities with the sales team under the supervision of the Sales Manager and
reports back to the company.


§ Maintains and develops healthy and good working relationships with key accounts for the
benefit of the company

§ Understand the key accounts nature of business and needs in order to be able to develop
creative solutions for such needs and demands

§ Monitoring of latest market trends and technologies in the sold products and gives feed back
to the company and the key accounts.

§ Monitoring of competitors activities in the industry and gives feed back to the company

§ Develops, along with the company management strategic marketing plan for the key accounts

§ Drafts and presents proposals to key accounts

§ Monitors and manages major key accounts and wins back business from zero billing customers in
close coordination with the company management

§ Closes deals that are profitable

§ Resolves non-routine principal & customer conflict issues

§ Establishes and maintains close contact with customers, principals and delivery channels

§ Meets assigned Key Performance Indicators

§ Any other assignments that the management may request within the Company’s nature of business

Required Skills

§ University degree

§ 3 – 5 years of executive sales in similar industry: Office Furniture and Flooring

§ Ability to foster an empowering and open culture where taking the initiative and positive
decision-making is actively encouraged.

§ Strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skill

§ Proven track record in maintaining healthy relationship with customers and principals and
attracting new business in the company’s core activities

Work experience in the Gulf is a plus.
