based at their head office in Doha. The Team Leader, Product Development & Marketing
will be responsible for proposals for design and development of new products and
services, and their marketing strategies. He will also conduct marketing calls,
maintain customer relationship and supervise all activities of the Bank Sales Force
Team to ensure optimum performance and productivity are achieved. His
responsibilities will include:

Designing and developing project plans for product development.

Conducting market studies, research and surveys for customer satisfaction and
developing the project concept.

Drafting new product or service proposals which include background, objectives,
product or service description, scope, risk and constants, assumptions and cost
benefit analysis, deliverables and recommendations.

Studying bank's existing products / services / stationery, research ways to enhance,

their Treasury and Risk Management Department:



SENIOR INSURANCE OFFICER (Direct Hire)

Extending support to the Department Controller, the selected candidate will maintain
and review Group blanket and Direct Insurance coverages to secure the most adequate
and cost-effective terms and conditions available in the international insurance
markets; collect relevant underwriting information, prepare tender documents for
review; coordinate with the insurers (underwriting and claims); monitor periodic claim
status report etc.

Applicants must hold an academic qualification in Insurance with at least 7 years
relevant experience preferably within a large oil/gas or industrial organization in
the Middle East. Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.



SENIOR RISK MANAGEMENT ANALYST (Direct Hire)

Will coordinate and implement the risk management and engineering activities including
risk analysis and control studies, seminars and crisis management; coordinate survey
visits of consultants, insurers and participate in site visits; prepare and develop a
computerized database for reporting of near-misses, accidents, estimated maximum loss
data; prepare risk survey report for evaluation and submission to the reinsurers for
renewal purposes etc.

Applicants must hold an Engineering degree with at least 6 years relevant experience
in Risk Management and Safety/ Engineering field of oil and gas industry.
