1. HR MANAGER
Candidates must have:
- Degree qualified.
- At least 10 years experience especially in UAE.
- Good in implementing employees' welfare policies and procedures and
management tools.
- Should be able to handle all levels of HR issues and IT savvy.
- Effective interpersonal relations and communication skills.
- Ability to build effective teams.
2. PLASTIC TECHNOLOGY EXPERT
Candidates must have:
- A degree in engineering, preferably chemical/ mechanical or plastic
technology, with at least 10 years experience in the following:
- UPVC extrusion and/or thermoplastic injection molding and PVC
compounding.
- UPVC Windows assembling fabrication.
- High level of experience in plastic and chemicals materials for PVC
compounding and polyolefin extrusion and injection.
- Experience in Q/A and Q/C processes, also within setup ISO 9001-2000
and TUV systems.
- Control and management of operational budget.
3. TQM MANAGER
Candidates must have:
- At least 10 years of experience in TQM process and techniques.
- High level experience in KPI and Management Tools.
- Experience in redesigning of systems and processes.
- Experience in Q/A and Q/C processes, also within setup ISO 9001-2000
and TUV systems.
- Effective interpersonal relations and communication skills.
- Ability to build effective teams.
4. PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Candidates must have:
- At least 10 years experience, 3-4 years in CEO or GM personal
assistance.
- At least 3 years experience in UAE.
- Fluent in English and Arabic is an advantage.
- Good communication, presentation and organizational skills.
- Good experience in Management Tools in general.
- Very high level experience in MS Office (all programs).
- Good business etiquette.
- Experience in delegation, short hand and task management.
- Confident, presentable and resourceful.
- Control and management of office budget.
5. DOUBLE GLAZING FACTORY EXPERT
Candidates must have:
- Engineer, with at least 10 years experience in Double Glazing
manufacturing
- Experience in UPVC/Aluminum Windows assembling fabrication.
- Experience in Q/A and Q/C processes
- Control and management of operational budget.
