COMMERCIAL MANAGER - Engineering/ Construction firm
Location- Abu Dhabi - Salary: Negotiable
Bachelor or Diploma with More than 15 years in similar role of Commercial
Manager with Engineering or Construction firms. He is responsible to the Project
specific Senior Project Manager and responsible on a day to day function basis
for the Project core area’s including but not limited to all Commercial and
Contractual Project services. He will lead and manage the Commercial and
Contracts team, and over view all sub consultants under the leadership and
guidance of the Senior Project Manager and co-ordinate with in-house departments
as necessary for the successful co-ordination, implementation and Project
execution.
RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGER

The candidates must be Bachelor or Diploma in Property management or General
Business degree with 3 to 5 years as Management Executive on Residential
property environment, Executive in a competitive customer focused FMCG
environment with 1-2 years ideally in GCC. HE must be computer literate,
customer focused, excellent communication skills- oral and written, and
presentation skills.
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER

The Environmental Manager will be responsible for delivering and implementing
the corporate policies and procedures. He/she will also be responsible for
contributing to all aspects of the proposed service delivery from a business
process generation viewpoint.
QHSE MANAGER

The QHSE Manager will be responsible for delivering the development and
implementation of an Integrated Management System to achieve certification to BS

LEASING COORDINATOR

experience, the candidate is preferably been in Mega scale projects and have
used international systems Very good computer literacy ability to type in
English & Arabic Overall monitoring and direction of project control systems
operations, maintenance, recording and reporting.
FACILITIES MANAGER
Location- Abu Dhabi - Salary: Negotiable
The candidate Degree or Diploma with 8 to 10 years experience. He is responsible
for the line management of his/her support staff and co-ordination of the
activities of all contractors and any directly employed labour to ensure optimal
availability of the facilities. Ability to identify complex problems and review
related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions,
commitment to professional development by keeping up-to-date technically &
