ESTIMATION MANAGER
Graduate Civil Engineers, with minimum 18-20 years experience, including 10
years in UAE/Gulf, in similar position, heading the Estimation Department of
large construction companies, undertaking large Civil infrastructure and
underground services projects and MEP Projects. Should have in-depth knowledge
of pricing of all Civil and MEP works and local subcontractors' products &
services with proven & successful track record of submitting competitive tender
bids over Dhs.400 million. Experience in conducting post tender negotiations
with Consultants, Clients and suppliers is essential. Should be conversant with
requirement of local consultants/statutory bodies.
TEMPORARY WORKS MANAGER
Graduate Civil / Mechanical Engineers, with 12 - 15 years experience, including
5/6 years in the Gulf, in design, construction and coordination of temporary
works, such as cofferdams, dewatering, earthworks, formwork, false work, etc.
for major commercial & industrial structures, bridges, tunnels, etc. The
position involve heading the Division, preparing budget and forecasts, marketing
and close coordination with clients and international consultants. Should be
technically and contractually sound and well conversant with requirements of
local / statutory bodies.
ENGINEERING MANAGER - MEP
Electrical / Mechanical Engineers, with 12 - 15 years of experience, out of

complexes and commercial developments. He should independently carry out design
engineering and MEP co-ordination works and lead a team of engineers and

SUPERINTENDENT - MICROTUNNELING & DIRECTIONAL DRILLING
Engineers with a suitable Degree / Diploma and extensive experience in the
execution of micro-tunneling and / or horizontal directional drilling projects,
including liaison & coordination with clients / consultants, cost monitoring,
forecasts, etc., Arabian Gulf experience preferred.
AREA QUANTITY SURVEYOR - MEP
Graduate Mechanical/Electrical Engineers, with minimum 12 - 15 years experience,
including 6 years in UAE/Gulf, in similar position, leading a team of Quantity
Surveyors in large Electromechanical contracting companies, carrying out Post
Contract Administration and all contractual correspondence related to extension
of time claims and variations for large MEP projects. Should have good knowledge
of FIDIC.
