within this industrial gas provider in United Arab Emirates.



CORPORATE LAWYER

This role will utilize your strong technical corporate experience as well as your commercial acumen.
Your role will encompass advising and leading on matters such as acquisitions & disposals, joint
ventures and commercial agreement in the areas of operations and supply contract. Overseeing the
implementation of company policies and procedures to support strategic goals and to ensure
compliance with company ethical policies and practices and enabling development business growth
opportunity.

The position requires a candidate with seven plus years experience of both commercial matters
(including General Commercial Agreements and Intellectual Property issues) and corporate
transactions (including Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Joint Ventures). Experience
working in-house at oil and Gas Company is highly desirable. Formal education requirements include
a 4-years college degree from top international law school is required. The ability to speak French,
Arabic and English is essential. Possess excellent analytical and drafting skills. Exceptional
written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with the
ability to handle multiple priorities and willing to “pitch in” wherever necessary.



FINANCE MANAGER

You will provide essential expertise and support, in regards to the monthly Rolling Operating
Forecast and month end close process; prepares the annual and revised plans, as well as five-year
business plan. This includes analysis and preparation of capital expenditure request, as well as
support of capital tracking.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree with major in accounting or finance. Work generally
requires seven years of progressive accounting, financial management and/or financial auditing
experience including knowledge of financial reporting and financial modeling techniques. At least
three years of the seven years is on a managerial level. Excellent presentation, verbal/writing
communication skills. Must be detailed oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing workload to
complete the tasks. PC experience and Familiar with Oracle Financial System. With competency in
financial reporting and modeling techniques.



ACCOUNTANT

Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of
assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities of the company.
Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to
project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. Develop periodic reports that compare
budgeted costs to actual costs with detail explanations of variances. Review and evaluate complex
financial statements and transaction flow, financial risk, financial reporting and accounting
transactions processes including controls.

The applicant should have three years of related experience and will have completed a four years
Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Certified Public Accounting experience is desirable. Good knowledge
of accounting for pipeline imbalances and cash flows. Must have strong analytical skills and
consistently meet rigorous deadlines. Familiar with Oracle Financial System.



PROJECT MANAGER

Provide leadership and management for complex capital investment of all projects' activities for
expanding and maintaining the industrial gas plant; determine the adequacy of pre-commissioning
plans and preparation for start-up of major air separation unit plant. Facilitates good projects
forecast and plan activities both long and medium term; provide all updates and reports as required
by management on project status and financials. Be responsible for HSE, technical accuracy, quality
of design and delivering the project to satisfy contractual requirements (including schedules,
budget, guarantees, etc.) to Clients acceptance whilst negotiating all contract changes with Client
if necessary. Oversee the various aspects of the project ensure client's needs are being met and
must have knowledge in all key areas in particular planning, procurement, and estimation,
constructions.

The job requires a graduate engineer qualification Mechanical, Chemical or Electro-Mechanical. The
successful candidate is likely to have 10+ years relevant and varied experience in the field of
project management in which five years of its on managerial level. Experience gained in industrial
gas manufacturing company is a definite advantage. The applicant must be fully competent in air
separation unit plant operation and maintenance. The ability to communicate effectively; work across
international and cultural boundaries, network and influence colleagues, contractors and customers
within his own related disciplines and department/project teams, is essential. He should be
commercially astute, balancing project execution strategies and issues and commercial and
contractual issues. Will willingly take on challenging and sometimes uncomfortable and uncertain
tasks and persuades other to do the same to get the job done. Demonstrate excellent customer needs
whilst still achieving project and company corporate objectives.



ENGINEERING MANAGER

You will apply your engineering and project management skills to improve production equipment
reliability and performance. This includes project development, equipment repair and design,
maintenance planning, operations support and continuous improvement initiatives. Initiates develop
and implement projects required to upgrade equipment reliability and performance, and to expand gas
plant capacity. Interface with project engineering group on larger projects and maintenance
turnarounds. Coordinate field management and on-site field supervision for turnkey projects; sets
and defines overall Project Management procedures and continuous improvement processes for
implementation and execution of projects both technically and financially.

The job requires a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering. The ideal
candidate with a minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial gas manufacturing operations and
project management.



PROJECT ENGINEER

You will manage the progress and outcome of the allocated project against milestone, commercial
targets and budgetary constraints. Determine the adequacy of pre-commissioning plans and
preparation fro start-up of major plant. Support project development during the feasibility and
scoping phases. Complete detailed design and generate construction packages: Provide mechanical
technical expertise and perform design calculations. Supports development and revision to
engineering standards and procedures.

The job requires a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil
Engineering or Construction Management. The successful candidate is likely to have five or more
years of relevant experience in the field of project management who is fully competent,
understanding gas plant operations/maintenance and related specialist areas and their interaction in
the realization.
