Administration with a degree in accounting/commerce and at least 10 years experience
in loan administration & financing. Other responsibilities include:

Plans, coordinates and analyses the operational administration of Commercial and
Export Credit Agency (ECA) loans. Monitors company's continued compliance to loan
agreements in respect of representations, warranties and covenants. Concerning ECA
loans, this includes the review, monitoring and control of documentation and
compliance and ensures ECA requirements are satisfied.

Analyses and projects the monthly, quarterly and yearly cost of loan financing/project
costs, reporting on fluctuations and variations. Prepares monthly and other status
reports relating to each credit facility.

Assists in maintaining the Company's cash management system by analyzing cash
requirements and developing programs, controls and procedures necessary to forecast
and yield accurate cash positions and requirements.

Assists and participates in preparation of the Annual Budget and its updates, the
quarterly financial statements and the annual Audited Financial Statements.

Responsible for the support of Company Safety, environment and Quality policies and
programs, and carrying out specific duties and responsibilities related to his job as
spelled out in Management system documentation, policies, procedures, local
documentation, Management System Manual, Safety Manual and other related documents.
