Our client, a leading Bank in the region, seeks to hire a Call Centre professional with 3-4 years experience as a supervisor preferably within a reputed Bank or Financial institution.

The Manager, Call Center manages the day-to-day operations of the call center members , telesales officer & the complain handling requests to ensure that all Direct Bankers activities are directed to meet the required service standards & indicators with efficient MIS records and deliver superior services to existing and potential customers. He will also be responsible for ensuring customer's data is updated, team training & development, cross-selling of Bank's products, accurate and timely MIS, monitoring calls and counseling, regular follow up with Customer Relation Unit to minimize & solve complaints.

The main purpose of the role will be to submit proposals for design and development of new products and services, and their marketing strategies; conduct marketing calls and maintain customer relationship; supervises all activities of the Bank Sales Force Team to ensure optimum performance and productivity are achieved. He will also draft new product or service proposals which include background, objectives, product or service description, scope, risk and constants, assumptions and cost benefit analysis, deliverables and recommendations. He studies bank's existing products / services / stationery, research ways to enhance, repackage and or reintroduce them. Has constant exposure to the products / services rendered by competitors and evaluates them and submits monthly reports to the management on developments in the market. Designs and develops product launch / promotional programs / product brochures.

Ideal candidate for the above will have minimum 8 years experience in Banking, 5 years of which should have been in product development and marketing.
