PROJECT DIRECTOR - Infrastructure

Primary objectives will include:

Provide clear and focused leadership for the project team to create a vision for project success, define roles and responsibilities, and focus team on achievement of milestones.

To plan, coordinate and manage the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of large projects by directing a project manager or team managers and to ensure clear agreement of client objectives, achieve or better the budgeted gross margin and provide strong HSE leadership.

Effective management of multiple stake holders and maintain and build healthy client relationships, proactively resolve performance, scope, cost and schedule issues with the client, in conjunction with Project managers.

The essential skills required for the above position would be a demonstrative commitment to HSE management in a project environment, extensive experience in the design and project management of civil engineering projects, high level of customer focus, excellent leadership and communication skills. A degree in civil engineering with a minimum of 20 years experience in the infrastructural area is a must.



ENGINEERING MANAGER (OFFSHORE) - MPP

The key responsibilities for above position would be:

Leading and coordinating the engineering activities of the business unit, including technical delivery of all projects across all sectors like generation, Networks and utilities.

Maintaining reimburse ability of engineering resources at a level equal to or higher than targeted in the business plan.

Ensuring that the engineering group is ready and able to deliver technically in line with the company strategic plans developed by the sector managers by reviewing in house capability and liaising with other e groups.

Will be responsible for all staff in the engineering group including employee satisfaction and retention.

Coordinating with discipline leads for discipline research and liaison with technical bodies and reporting on progress and keeping abreast of the Offshore Business unit's activities, plans and future developments and other related functions.

The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree in Engineering and a high level of customer focus and a working knowledge of industry standard business support systems like project planning packages, cost management systems, ISO 9001 quality management systems. Candidates with an excellent leadership and communication skills and with a proven track record in the leadership of engineering in the offshore sector with a minimum of 10-15 years experience may only apply.



COMMERCIAL MANAGER

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and must have had at least 8 years experience in contract management /administration, including at least 5 years in engineering or construction industries. Experience in the petrochemical sector is essential. Working with finance, tax and insurance matters, production of documentation for sub-contracts, commercial and contractual analysis of contracts and producing clear and concise reports and recommendations is vital.

Responsibilities will include:

Review contracts, change orders and contractual documentation, develop contracts, agreements etc.

Negotiate and finalize all non-client contracts, as a lead, work closely with Project Management and Project control teams, negotiate any subsequent contract changes, administer contracts including measurement of work, payment schedules and authorization and variations.

Support the development of claims strategy. Comply with, and contribute to the development and maintenance of all relevant policies and procedures regarding contractual matters, aware of internal contract policies and changes.
