The Client:

A world class organization that operate on a global basis. For their Dubai office, they now require a Sales Administrator who meets the following criteria:

The Challenges:

Generate customer quotations and prepare tender documents based on quotations from suppliers.

Manager order confirmation, bank guaranties, letter of credits, export control issues.

Assist and attend to customer demands and requirements on phone and in writing.

Handling of orders internally and externally (ERP system, suppliers, transporter, etc)

Invoicing and follow-up of outstanding payments.

Monitor customer's credit limits.

Collect bank guaranties.

Reporting of order project status according to defined reporting structure.

The Credentials:

3-5 years experience in a similar role

Multi-lingual, European language would be preferred (French and German)

Outstanding IT and communication skills

Able to do multi-tasks

Systematic and highly organize

Must have a supportive nature and the ability to work with several managers simultaneously
