ADMINISTRATION

TRANSLATOR
Reporting to the Office Manager overall role would be
Providing an efficient and accurate translation service from Arabic to English
and vice versa
Producing translated material at an appropriate linguistic level dependent on
target audience
Ensuring that the meaning of the source text is retained
Interpreting verbally between Arabic and English when required
Ensure consistency in all translations with regards to terminology and
standards, both for internal and external use
Utilise the internet, specialist dictionaries, thesauruses and reference books
to find the closest equivalents for terminology and words used
Dictate translations into a tape recorder or Dictaphone
Proofread and ensure the accuracy of translated material, and edit final
translated versions
Liaise with Labour, Immigration and other Government Departments as necessary,
depending on the content of the material to be translated
The ideal candidate will have had a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar
post, fluent in written and oral English and Arabic, knowledge and ability to
use computer systems and word processing is mandatory, both in Arabic & English.
UAE driving license is essential.

PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER (UAE National only - Male)
Duties will include
Liaise closely with Ministry of Labor and Immigration and Office Manager to
coordinate the preparation of all relevant documents required by the Ministry
and Immigration.
Manage the process of new appointees' and their dependants' entry to the UAE.
Assist and support new and existing staff and their dependants with obtaining
employment and residence visas. This includes handling the Government medical
examination process.
Assist staff with the application for driver's license and any registration for
utilities etc.
Prepare for and handle all requirements for visa renewal, visa cancellation and
repatriation for existing staff and their dependants.
Assist in obtaining visas from Embassies for staff traveling outside UAE for
work purposes.

ASSISTANT TO PROPERTY MANAGER - Female
Reporting to the Property Manager the candidate will be required to provide a
range of services, including property maintenance assistance, procurement and
implementation, and other operational duties.
Assist the Property Manager to ensure that all leases and associated documents
legal requirements are properly administered and kept up to date
Create maintenance reports and schedules and ensure that all buildings are
properly maintained

Our client, a reputed engineering company is seeking to recruit the above.
The potential candidate would report to the head of procurement department and
will be responsible for the following:
Instill confidence in Technical Procurement's ability to meet required Service
Level Agreements set for Engineering Services in an efficient and effective
