The above position exists with our client, a large Investment organization with
interests in Real Estate and Construction industry. Ideally the candidate will hold a
University Degree with about 5 years experience as an Accountant preferably in Real
Estate or Manufacturing industry. Educational background or work exposure to Cost
Accounting will be a distinct advantage. We are also open to considering candidates
from other industries who are smart, energetic, have good communication skills with

Must have 8 to 10 years experience in contracting companies, with adequate exposure to
projects. Excellent command of English. His duties will include:

Preparation of accurate & timely management accounts, cash flow monitoring and
forecasting, maintenance and review of financial systems, preparation of financial
plans, including revenue, operating expense, capital budget, department budgets, cash
flow plans, business plans and financial impact analysis for new projects,
recommendations for cost effective operations and improvements, payroll function,
liaison with company lawyers, banks and auditors.

Salary: Dhs. 15,000/- to 20,000/-



SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
M. Com. candidates preferred. At least 5 to 8 years experience with a Contracting
Company. His duties will include:

Supervision & control of financial, cost & management accounts of the company up to
finalization. Design accounts as per policies of the company and according to the
accounting standards. Verify invoices, all type of vouchers, progressive payment
certificates of the contracting contracts and the subcontracts. Reconcile bank
accounts. Prepare and analyze the periodical financial reports, profit and loss
accounts, balance sheet and cash flow statements.

Salary: Dhs. 9,000/- to 12,000/-

Our client, a government authority seeks to hire a competent and experienced Contract
Officer. The ideal candidate must be a graduate with at least 5 years experience in
the same role, good knowledge of business practices related to purchasing ,laws
governing public procurement including applicable rules and regulations and some
principles of government accounting , program budgeting and statistics. The role would
involve managing and directing the competitive negotiation of contracts which includes
the development of procurement plans, statements of work, selection criteria, target
deadlines and terms and conditions of contracts. His duties will be:

Assuming projects of greater scope and responsibility.

Preparing requests for proposals, including statements of work, terms and conditions
and evaluation criteria.

Preparing price and cost analyses of proposals and negotiates prices.

Participating in the evaluation of proposals and selection of contract awards.

Analyzing current procurement activities and recommending improvements through more

incumbent would be responsible for the development and management of the Dubai site
services and facilities programs, which may require various levels of maintenance on
