Construction Company in Abu- Dhabi is on the lookout for the following personnel
for their Multi billion US Dollars Civil Infrastructure Project.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - 5 Nos.
Category: Construction
Candidate should have degree in Civil Engineering with 10 - 12 years of
experience in infrastructure project out of which the last 3 years should have
functioned in the similar capacity as Construction Manager of a medium/ large
construction company. He should be a significant contributor to the successful
delivery of the project through the provision of management, technical,
engineering and practical judgment and expertise throughout the life cycle of a
project, using the 'team' philosophy, to lead the achievement of safety targets
and zero tolerance of unsafe working practices and occurrences to implement the
company QA/ QC procedures and ensure works meet quality standards and
specifications to assess progress, productivity, commercial performance and
implement action for improvement. Mobilization of infrastructure to a new site,
including rest and sanitary facilities, drinking water and the maintenance of
the same. Possess core professional and conceptual skills and practical
knowledge to handle the project independently and frame guidelines and control
methodology to achieve business targets. Knowledge of Health and Safety
Legislation. Experience in the UAE/Gulf preferred.
QA/QC MANAGER - 5 Nos.

Candidate should have degree in Civil Engineering with 15 plus years of
experience in construction industry out of which the last 5 years should have
functioned in the similar capacity of a medium/large construction industry
company. Experience in the UAE/Gulf preferred. Experience in major
infrastructure project is a must.
PROCUREMENT OFFICER - 20 Nos.
Category: Construction
Candidate should have degree or diploma in Engineering with 5-10 years of
experience in construction industry out of which the last 3 years should have
functioned in the similar capacity of a medium/large construction industry
company. Experience in the UAE/Gulf preferred. Experience in major
infrastructure project is an added advantage.
SENIOR TEMPORARY WORKS DESIGNER - 5 Nos.
Category: Engineering & Construction
Candidate should be a graduate in Engineering preferable Civil. 8-10 years of
experience of which the last 2-3 years should have worked in the same role must
be proficient with Auto CAD 2004 or later version should have knowledge of RCC
and precast. Architectural & experience or knowledge of Micro station will be an
added advantage. Should have through knowledge of construction process. Comply
with the company temporary works procedures in full, and place a high emphasis
on all safety associated with the design and construction of every item of
temporary works. Ensure temporary works designs are economical and satisfy
client requirements. Manage the regional temporary works team, allocate staff to
projects, ensure work is balanced and shared amongst the team. Ensure all team
members receive on the job training in temporary works designs and are competent
to perform their duties in line with company procedures. Experience in the
UAE/Gulf preferred. Experience with engineering consultants is an advantage.
HSE MANAGER - 5 Nos.

Candidate should have degree in Engineering with 15 plus years of experience in
construction industry out of which the last 5 years should have functioned in
the similar capacity of a medium/ large construction industry company.
Experience in the UAE/ Gulf preferred. Experience in major infrastructure

ESTIMATION MANAGER - 5 Nos.

BS in Quantity Surveying or equivalent with 15 + years of experience in general
construction industry. Preference will be given to candidates those who have
experience in infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
PROCUREMENT MANAGER - 5 Nos.
