Our client, a leading Bank in the region, seeks to hire a Call Centre professional with 3-4 years
experience as a supervisor preferably within a reputed Bank or Financial institution.

The Manager, Call Center manages the day-to-day operations of the call center members , telesales
officer & the complain handling requests to ensure that all Direct Bankers activities are directed
to meet the required service standards & indicators with efficient MIS records and deliver superior
services to existing and potential customers. He will also be responsible for ensuring customer's
data is updated, team training & development, cross-selling of Bank's products, accurate and timely
MIS, monitoring calls and counseling, regular follow up with Customer Relation Unit to minimize &
solve complaints.

Applicants for the above should be fluent in Arabic & English languages with Customer Service
orientation and problem solving skills.

Salary: QR 14,000/- to 16,000/-

SENIOR PROJECT ACCOUNTANT
Construction Projects (Dubai)

Our client is a large Construction and Development organization involved in prestigious projects in
Dubai. They now seek to hire an experienced Projects Accountant and with the following
responsibilities:

Timely reporting of the actual results for the respective business units utilizing Oracle Job Cost,
Estate Master and other applications.

Documenting monthly variances and alert on permanent variances; Capture any overspending.

Accurate and timely delivery of monthly development forecasts by agreed time.

Accurate and timely delivery of revenue recognition calculations for respective projects.

Assist in preparing and updating the respective business units Business Plan.

Assist in preparing and updating project profitability forecast.

Our mandate is to identify a qualified Accountant (CA/CPA/CIMA) with over 5 yrs. experience in large
construction projects. He must be proficient in Accounting and cost management process/techniques,
Financial modeling techniques including advanced level knowledge of MS Excel with strong knowledge
of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS). Knowledge of forecasting tools such as
Estate Master will be advantageous.

Salary: Dh. 16,000/- to 20,000/- (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Our client, a Multinational Shipping Company, seeks to hire a young and bright Chartered Accountant
in the age group of 28-35 years in the above role. He will have 4-5 years post qualification
experience as an Auditor within a reputed organization.



His main responsibilities will be:

To identify and analyze all major risks faced by the organization on an annual basis; plan, organize
and carry out internal audits including preparation of an annual audit plan, scheduling audit
fieldwork at different company locations and estimating time needed to perform these audits;
coordinate audit coverage with the external auditors and ensure that each party is not only aware of
the other's work but also well briefed on areas of concern; submit audit reports

To be qualified for the above, you will have strong analytical skills, ability to work without
supervision and guidance, familiarity with standard auditing practices and procedures etc.

Salary: Dhs. 12,000/- to 15,000/- plus medical and ticket.

should hold a degree in a relevant professional discipline acquired through a successful career in
the operational upstream oil industry. He should possess minimum 10 years relevant experience which
includes exposure to HR development, practices proficient in English, particularly the ability to
coach and prepare learning materials.



Acts as a professional discipline mentor to all juniors in that discipline and their line managers
with a focus on motivating, counseling and supporting them in their learning and development roles
and responsibilities.

Supports and help the line managers in the On-Job coaching responsibilities through the preparation
of learning materials, advice and recommendations based on the requirements of CAMS Discipline
Development Frameworks and Training Roadmaps.

Provides career counseling and professional development advice for discipline from juniors up to
independent status, including the membership of the professional bodies, access to knowledge network
and learning resources.

Should possess proven skills and a motivation to train mentor and experience in Competency Assurance
