Our client is a reputed development company seeks to hire a resourceful, committed and competent
Administrative Assistant for some of their departments. The ideal candidate must be a graduate with
at least 5-7 years of secretarial/administrative experience in large companies. The Administrative
assistant would report into the department manager and be expected to carry out all kinds of
administrative tasks such as filing and record maintenance, typing and correspondence, managing
appointment schedules and travel arrangements, prepare reports and presentations and provide full
administrative support to organise meetings, conferences, dinners etc. This is a key role in the
department and requires someone with good English skills, both written and oral, high organization
skills, ability to multi task and take up responsibilities. A thorough exposure to Microsoft
applications is a must for this position.
