TRAINING MANAGER
Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Teaching, or Adult Learning strongly
desired. Minimum of 15 years working in an environment involving training and
adult retraining.
Strong people management, coaching/motivation skills, and manager background
preferred.
The Training Manager will coordinate the promotion of continuous learning for
all employees to ensure industry & cross-functional knowledge.
This will include working closely with managers to ensure World Class Service is
provided to customers, in concert with meeting the needs of the business units.
Set direction and maintain focus of direct reports. Develop, implement & promote
staff education opportunities that offer professional development and/or skill
enhancement.
Ensure that Orientation, Customer Service and other training focus on our goal
of premier service providers in the industry.
Coach trainers to deliver top-notch programs and provide on-going support and
resources. Ensure personalized training is provided to meet individual needs of
customers.
Develop and implement training strategy and plans including resources, delivery
and timelines, in concert with unit goals.
Evaluate training effectiveness through benchmarking of new hire training scores
vs. existing hires. Submit recommendations necessary for improved training
processes/procedures.
Manage staff according to company standards (appraisals, discipline, training,
and development).
Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
(written and oral). Ability to prioritize, and perform multiple tasks.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to
communicate with all levels of management.
Must have a sound understanding of successful training methods and. ability to
create, compose and edit written materials; must be dependable and maintain a
positive attitude.
Ability to follow all company policies and procedures, as well as internal
departmental procedures. Ability to create and nurture team. Ability to manage
multiple tasks and deliver results on time. Previous Gulf experience desirable.

HR ADVISOR (FLEXIBLE WORKING AVAILABLE)
We are seeking an interim HR professional to join us on an initial 6/7 month
contract.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, with an MBA preferred. Minimum
of 10 years experience in core human resources functions along with 3 years
experience as HR Advisor.
The remit of the role will be to work closely with the HR Director and Senior HR
Specialist providing generalist HR support with a particular focus on employee
relations.
You will provide support, advice and guidance on complex ER issues as well as
coaching managers to become more self sufficient when dealing with ER cases.
You will also advise on people strategies, HR best practice and legal issues.
There will also be a need to oversee all areas of performance management
including ensuring that the correct and most up-to-date tools are in place to
support management.
You will require a strong understanding of employment legislation with the
ability to translate this into a language that is understood by the various
client groups. Although a CIPD qualification will be beneficial, the single most
important factor is the ability to demonstrate strong hands-on generalist HR
experience.
