supporting and liaising with the Treasurer in the development of the 5 year
strategic business and
consolidated financial plans, developing and maintaining relationships with
operational/
relationship management staff at financial institutions, collection and
analysing up-to-date
monthly and quarterly information about comparative cash banking terms, liaising
with Budget
Analyst to maintain monthly and quarterly updated operating cash-flow forecast
and calculating
optimal banking terms to maximise the value of cash reserves according to the

operational liquidity needs. The ideal candidate must possess professional
qualifications in
Finance (CIMA / ACCA / CFA / CA / CPA) with 3-5 years experience in Finance

TREASURER
The key responsibility of this role is to optimise the value of the company’s
cash reserves through
management of its cash-flow and banking relationships and providing leadership,
direction and
support of all risk management activities through a comprehensive
risk-management framework in
accordance with strategic objectives and approved policies and procedures. This
role will also
shoulder responsibilities of developing and maintaining relationships with
capital markets and
financial institutions, serving as the primary financial contact for the
business with financial
institutions, configuring, negotiating and managing the company’s cash accounts
and banking
relationships, managing debt financing and coordinating debt service payments to
creditors, taking
primary responsibility for identification of financial risks and developing of
strategies and
action plans to mitigate them for review and approval by the CFO and reporting
significant
decisions, unforeseen events / issues and regular activities to the CFO (when
applicable) for
decision. The ideal candidate must possess professional qualifications in
Finance (CIMA / ACCA /
CFA / CA / CPA) with 8 years experience in Finance roles and professional
certification by the
Institute of Risk Management (IRM) or equivalent backed by strong experience in
Asset & Liability
Management.
