Should be a post graduate in Applied Geophysics/ Applied Geology / Petrophysics with 10-15 yrs of
experience as Petrophysicist with experience in log interpretation and processing in clastic
environment using industry standard software packages.



RESERVOIR CHARACTERIZATION ENGINEER
Category: Exploration & Production

Should be a post graduate in Applied Geophysics/ Applied Geology with 10- 15yrs post qualification
experience/ Geoscientist / Petroleum Engineers, with the last 5 years in the capacity of a
reservoir characterization specialist in an E&P company/consulting agencies.



SUBSEA CONTROL ENGINEER
Category: Exploration & Production

Should be graduate (Instrumentation and Control Systems) with 20 plus years relevant experience in
Instrumentation and Controls for Oil and Gas Development Projects including at least 7 years
experience in Deep Water Subsea Control System Design Operation and Maintenance.



COMPLETIONS ENGINEER
Category: Exploration & Production

Should be a graduate in Petroleum Engineering or any equivalent with around 15-20 years experience
in various completion related areas out of which at least 5 years in using the latest gravel pack
techniques, sand control, stimulation, well stabilization techniques and deepwater subsea
completions.



SENIOR SYSTEMS MANAGER (Deepwater Development)

Category: Engineering & Construction

Should be a graduate/Postgraduate Degree in Engineering and will be responsible for Engineering,
Procurement, Construction / installation, testing, commissioning related to offshore - deepwater
development. The position is responsible for the execution of oil and gas - deepwater development
projects offshore.



SUBSEA OPERATIONS MANAGER
Category: Exploration & Production

Should be a graduate/Post Graduate degree in engineering with around 15 years in the offshore oil
industry, particularly within supervisory or operational management positions in the field of
marine and subsea construction/operation for a major contractor or oil company. He should have a
sound understanding of offshore engineering and construction principles, experience with the
design, installation and operation of subsea production systems and have had at least 5+ years of
pervising/working with the use of dedicated construction/inspection and deepwater intervention
support vessels.



WELL INTERVENTION ENGINEER
Category: Exploration & Production

Should be a graduate in petroleum engineering or any equivalent with around 15 years of experience
as well Intervention engineer with minimum 5 years of offshore supervisory experience. He should
have experience in subsea rig or offshore rig-less completion / workover / intervention.



FPSO MANAGER
Category: Engineering & Construction

Should be a Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering with around 20 years experience in O&G
Industry, with O&M experience. He should also have 5 years of offshore experience. The candidate
will be overall in charge and responsible for the operations of the FPSO.



ASSISTANT FPSO MANAGER
Category: Engineering & Construction

Should be a Graduate/Postgraduate Degree in Engineering with 10-15 years experience in O&G industry
with O&M experience. Should have 2-3 years of offshore experience. He will have support the Asset
Manager on matters related to Daily Operations.



SENIOR FLOW ASSURANCE - PROCESS ENGINEER
Category: Exploration & Production

Should be a Post Graduate or Graduate Degree in Chemical Engineering with minimum 15-20 years of
relevant experience in multi-phase flow assurance/process engineering aspects; out of which 7 - 10
years should have been spent in subsea deepwater oil and gas development projects.
