Reporting to the head of Corporate Services, the job participates in the strategic planning and annual budgets process, managing the bank's financials, its accounting policies and processes, and compliance with regulatory reporting requirements. It is responsible for management reporting, providing proactive and key support in management decision-making, and oversight of the compliance with strategies and budgets. It is also responsible for rationalising and controlling the Bank's operating and project costs.

Our client, a leading investment and development company, seeks to hire the above to join their marketing and public relations Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the PR and events Manager in the creation and delivery of strategic corporate communications and public relations program for the company, he must hold a BA/Diploma in public relations/Journalism/Mass Communication/Advertising or any relevant field, with at least 4 years experience doing the same role in a PR Agency/Corporate environment in the GCC. His duties will be:

Create media content for event related projects such as exhibitions, press conferences... etc.

Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of PR activities undertaken.

Assist in targeting of key audiences via the media through proactive article and feature placement, personal interviews, video news releases.

Our client, a large group of companies in Saudi Arabia, has the above opening for their HVAC/ Air Conditioning division in Jeddah.

Our mandate is to identify a Mechanical Engineering Degree holder with over 10 years post graduation experience in the G.C.C. in Senior Management role with a major distributor/agent. The candidate will be required to demonstrate past achievements and results as well as proven management ability (including, but not limited to: sales data analysis, marketing strategy, financial analysis and budgeting). He must possess a thorough understanding of Air-conditioning system (Thermal dynamics, heat-load calculation, mechanical character, installation & control device knowledge etc.); Market Analysis; Field sales know-how; Competition analysis; Accounting methods; Budgets; Sales Contracts; Personnel administration etc.

In addition to the above we are looking for a strong leader who can manage and run the unit in a highly stressful environment and take appropriate actions swiftly and decisively for the benefit of the unit and organization.

The ideal candidate must be a graduate with 3-5 years experience in facilities or office services role. The incumbent would be responsible for the development and management of the Dubai site services and facilities programs, which may require various levels of maintenance on an ongoing basis with the intention of delivering consistent and high level service to all the employees.
