1. SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
Responsibilities:
To develop annual and long term business plan, including sales rolling forecast,
communication program, distribution , new accounts , department capex etc.
To achieve agreed annual sales target and distribution level.
To propose and implement marketing activities, designed to achieve agreed
objectives
and maximize long term profit growth.
Identify and select new customers in order to increase company sales.
Develop & update sales procedures manual in line with the General Manager's
instructions.
Plan , Co-ordinate and report directly to General Manager on special projects
requiring research and analysis.
Propose/ develop incentive sales program for sales team.
To interview new staff and provide feedback to the General Manager for
consideration
and final approval.
To organize , direct, train , motivate and support sales team to achieve agreed
targets for their area/ customers.
Setting yearly objectives for sales staff and appraise staff performance based
on
yearly objectives set and agreed by both manager and his subordinates.
Develop annual , medium and long range marketing objectives and strategies,
based on a
comprehensive understanding of customers, products and the market environment.
Recommend pricing strategy and when agreed implement, timely pricing strategies/
adjustments to optimize profit in competitive market.
To monitor performance against plans and recommend changes as necessary to
ensure that
target are achieved.
To identify opportunities and recommend the launch of new products, based on
close
understanding of consumer needs and the market place.
Recommend and agreed budget for all the above.
Requirement:
At least 8-10 years sales & marketing management experience in a reputable FMCG
Organization. (Experience in detergent business would be preferable)
Fluent in English and Arabic languages.( Arabic is an advantage)
Successful sales & marketing management track records are essential.
Problem solving skills.
Bachelor's Degree.
Ability to work independently.
Strategic marketing skills.
Good presentation communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent working knowledge of product issues.
Clear, strategic vision with an ability to manage change creativity.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power point.
Oral and written presentation.
2. SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities:
To sell / promote company products through an optimum number of outlets so as to
meet
given sales target and build product awareness
Propose and implement annual sales forecast and marketing activities in
co-ordination
with line manager.
To provide on regular basis reports on customer business, competitive activities
and
product performance so as to assist in the development of sales & marketing
plan.
Acquire / opening up new accounts in co- ordination with line manager.
Stock inventory on monthly basis in customer warehouse.
To maintain and establish partnership relations with existing and new customers.
Established priorities (Daily work plan)
Update and maintain customer card
Requirements:
At least 4 years sales experience in a reputable FMCG Organization. (Experience
in
detergent business would be preferable)
Good knowledge of Arabic and English languages (oral & written)
A pleasant personality and result oriented.
Diploma /Bachelors degree
Good organizational, communication & planning skills.
A sound knowledge of competency in MS Office etc.
3. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
Responsibilities:
Provide the highest level of administration ,editorial and secretarial support.
Prepare and draft monthly, yearly sales and marketing performance and field
visit
report.
Prepare presentation material for departmental meeting.
Serve as a liaison between key management personnel, administrative
correspondence,
memoranda, minutes ,reports etc.
Composing letters and memoranda in response to mails or letters.
Preparing agenda and collecting materials for meetings and conferences ; taking
minutes and keeping records.
Prepare business proposals and power point presentation.
Arrange dairy of appointment and meetings and any other activities and provide
files
and documentation for such activities.
Draft, type the daily correspondence.
Initiate any other responsibility and objectives.
Any other tasks requested by the executive.
Requirement:
Min 7 years experience in a reputable organization a sound knowledge of Arabic
typing
would also be advantageous.
Fluent in English language and a sound knowledge of Arabic would also be
advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Power point.
Hand short writing.

Our client a leading consultants is looking to hire a bright and young Travel
coordinator for 2-3 Months. The ideal candidate must be a graduate with at least
2
years experience in Travel coordination. The role would involve booking flights,
arranging travels for the employees and managers, liaising with the travel
agencies
for the same, and providing administrative support to the department as and when
required.
This position is based in Abu Dhabi.
Timing: 08:00am-05:00pm (Sat-Wed)
Salary: Dhs4000.
