CAMP BOSS
The Camp Boss is responsible for supervising and administering matters related
to the camp and its resident employees of different nationalities and ethnic
groups. He ensures that order and discipline is maintained in the camp at all
times. He oversees maintenance and upkeep of camp premises, including overall
cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. He will be responsible for
administration and coordination of board, lodging and transport for 2,000
laborers.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Camp Boss in a Contracting company operating
in the Gulf region handling at least 1,000 laborers at any one time; Must be
experienced in conflict management; Good communication skills (good spoken
English, excellent spoken and written Arabic); Proficient in MS Office; Health
and Safety training an advantage; Good knowledge of security procedures an
advantage
CAMP BOSS ASSISTANT
The Camp Boss Assistant will provide all needed support to the Camp Boss. His
duties will include administration, logistical assistance, maintenance of peace
and order and upkeep of camp premises. He will oversee board, lodging and
transportation requirements for all laborers.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Camp Boss Assistant or similar job
description in a Contracting company operating in the Gulf region handling at
least 500 laborers at any one time; Good communication skills (spoken English
and Arabic); Health and Safety training an advantage
PMV MANAGER
The PMV Manager is responsible for organizing and managing a fleet of vehicles
of different types for efficient delivery/transport of equipment, manpower and
other related materials. He ensures that all vehicles are safe and road-worthy,
driven by trained drivers and maintained by experienced personnel. He will be
responsible for effectively implementing procedures to meet the transport needs
of the company, especially concerning the movement of laborers from different
camps to the construction sites. He must be familiar with all vehicles used and
be able to maintain records of licenses, registrations and the like.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years experience as a PMV Manager for a Contracting firm in the

Purpose of the job:

The incumbent will mainly be responsible for the following activities:
Assume overall responsibility relating to the proper discharge of budgeting
