My client, a rapidly developing Private Equity Advisory is looking for an Associate of Project or Structured Finance, with exposure in USA, UK and Middle East Markets to join their dynamic team in Bahrain.



Responsibilities:


• Monitoring the performance of portfolios.
• Developing new quantitatively-based products.
• Contributing to the production of client reports and marketing documents.
• Arranging capital for projects and eventually building infrastructure funds.
• Contributing to Equity Derivatives, Structured products and Quantitative Modeling.



Requirements:


• Must have an MBA, as well as level 1 or 2 CFA.
• At least 5 years of experience in a financial institution in the GCC markets or Western markets.
• Experience of projecting future financial statements for Greenfield Projects/existing companies.
• Strong financial modeling and documentation skills as well as modeling of cash flows for bonds/Sukuk/securitization etc.
• Must have experience arranging/advising/structuring Asset – backed or mortgage – backed securities and deal experience; especially in debt transactions.
