Job Description Our Clint a Banking organization is in the look out for a Internal Audit Manager who will ensure compliance with Company policies and Procedures and the regulations set down by appropriate authorities from time to time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.)

• Follow established policies for the auditing activity of all the Companies and direct technical and administrative functions refer old memos for guidance.

• Execute audit programmes for the evaluation of management controls or follow old working papers discuss all issues prior to writing report.

• Review operations to ascertain if results are consistent with established objectives, ensuring maximum cost effectiveness of expenses and that tasks are being carried out as planned.

• Follow objective set during the year to enhance your knowledge / skill and to achieve department objective.

• Ensure financial information reported to Management is complete, accurate, timely, reliable and relevant and make recommendations for the correction of unsatisfactory conditions and practices, improvements in operation and reductions in costs.

• Assist and co-operate with other internal auditors in the performance of audit work.

• A part from routine audit work, ensure to perform analytical review, and workout ratios.

• Recommend improvement of management controls to safeguard Companies resources, promote Companies growth and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Ensure systems, controls and operations comply with the Memorandum and Articles of Association of each Company.

• . Each audit assignment must be conducted in a way that it add value to work.

• Perform special reviews or investigations as directed by the Internal Auditor.

• Provide adequate IT audit training to Internal Audit Staff.


Qualifications:
Education/Experience:


• A minimum of BSc. degree in related field from four-year college or university and 3 years related experience.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and Database software.
• No specific license is required.
• The post has supervisory responsibilities

Our client, a well established Private Equity firm is looking for a Vice President of GCC Business Development and Investment Placement to join its dynamic team in Saudi Arabia.


Responsibilities:


• Conduct due diligence, negotiate and close terms and conditions of investments.
• Provide strategic advice on developing, structuring and negotiating of joint ventures.
• Prepare annual business strategy and financial budgets in line with the financial targets.
• Formulate asset allocation plans and direct the operation of investment management group.
• Develop promising investment opportunities as well as monitor the private equity / venture capital.


Requirements:


• Fluent Arabic is essential for this opportunity.
• Strong relationships in place with Institutions around the GCC.
• University Degree such as MBA/CFA or any other equivalent qualification.
• At least 8 years experience in investment placement as well as private equity.
