Our client a leading International Construction Management Consultancy is looking for a Quality Inspector to join one of their prestigious projects in Bahrain. The successful applicant will be required to inspect Construction work in progress in order to ensure that the work is performed in omp Once with approved plans and requirements.


Responsibilities:

• Look after the inspection of mainly structural features, however may be required to be flexible in inspection of other works.
• Work with engineers and consultants to correct construction methods where deficiencies are identified.
• Comprehend and interpret engineering drawings.
• Record and write reports on inspections made.


Requirements:

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years industry experience.
• GCC experience is an added benefit.



2. DEPUTY MANAGER ISLAMIC BANKING SUPPORT - BAHRAIN


Our client, a conventional wholesale bank is looking for a Deputy Manager to join their Islamic banking support team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to Head of Islamic Operations and will be responsible for backing-up and supporting the all Islamic transactions to ensure compliance with the Share as well as the banks policies and procedures, AML Compliance, as well as Shark a requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Compliance with policies and procedures as well as Sheria requirements.
• Obtain approvals prior to processing Morabaha , ljara and Syndication transactions.
• Set up the account for various Islamlic deals and keeping records systemically form maturities.
• Review and produce monthly analysis of detailed information and valid explanation on each
account.
Requirements: University degree in Finance or Accounts, though an additional professional certification such as CA /ACCA / CFA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years experience of processing Islamic Banking Products in a banking the GCC.
• Sound understanding of Islamic Products, agreements and accounting techniques.

Responsibilities:
• Pillar II residual risk and risk management frame work assessment.
• Beasil II Gap Analysis ,Business Process Analysis and business identification.

• Set- up credit risk, market risk and operational risk management framework in banks.

Our client, an international design consultancy firm is looking for a Senior Facade Consultant for its office in Dubai. The successful candidate has to help expand the Dubai facade department, by taking up commissions in Dubai and globally as well.

Responsibilities:

• Develop schematic level details, calculations and reports on a facade system.
• Monitoring and reporting on project status using proscribed tools and procedures.
• Liaise with the client and project consultants concerning any issues relating to the facade.

Requirements:

• Chartered Status (Structural) and/or Past Graduate Degree in Facade Engineering,
