Manage the delivery of Information Technology Services and support countrywide to, as a minimum, agreed contractual Service Levels


Establish and maintain highest standards of customer satisfaction while managing business needs and priorities.


• Management of the vendor and supplier relationship ensuring highest levels of customer service and on time, on budget service delivery. Vendor contract management.


• Regularly review processes and strive for continuous process and service improvement.

 


Successful candidates will have a minimum of 8 years experience (which included team management) with a Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Strong leadership qualities and relationship management skills are essential alongside excellent inter-personal skills at all levels within an organization and with clients. Domestic Chief Auditor, Qatar


Our client, a prestigious Middle East based bank is looking for a Domestic Chief Auditor to join its dynamic team in Qatar.


Responsibilities:


• Control costs to ensure that budgetary targets are met.
• Submit audit reviews of performance variances to management for review
• Cot duct scarf reviews to identify inherent risks that entail probable financial loss.
• Overlook the effective implementation and utilization of appropriate audit software.
• Highlight process inefficiencies in order to identify potential post saving opportunities.

 

Requirements


• University degree in finance, economics or accounting, ideally a professional certification such as CA; ACCA / CPA/ CIA/ CISA / CISSP.
• At least 12 years experience in a major bank and/or big 4 audit firm in the GCC, of which at least 8 years must be in a managerial capacity in a bank in an audit or risk function.

Our client, a prestigious Middle East based bank is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join its dynamic team in Qatar.


Responsibilities:


• Ensure effective maintenance of systems software, application and hardware
• Implement security and contingency controls for every assigned operating system platform.
• Install , monltor and maintain main servers systems and appllcations for Dlstributed Systems.
• Maintain automated and documented scripts for backup and retention of data on external
storage.
• Establish the systems architecture documentation within the overall group contingency planning policy.


Requirements:


• University degree in computer science and knowledge of NSK, BYEZN, CIL Prime, Swift, etc..
• At least 4 years experience in financial services in the GCC with a specialization in systems technical design, implementation and maintenance.

 

Senior Systems Analyst, Qatar

Responsibilities:


• Manage and control development projects.
• Analyze user requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

• Assist with maintenance of front-end and back-end systems and troubleshooting of issues.
