STRATEGY & PLANNING
Direct BICs companywide operations ensuring delivery of services in
line with SLAs and KPIs, primarily in the following areas :
Recruitment & Selection; Performance Management, Training and
Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employees relations, Employee
Grievances.
Develop strategies and plans that contribute to business planning and
objective from a HR perspective
Work with the top management to research and analyze data pertaining to
employees turnover, training and employee development
design and develop compensation and benefits programs, policies and
procedures
Advise management in personnel policy and program matters, or
recommending appropriate decisions
Suggest improvements and control organization design
Prepare to the Management the Annual Human Resource Budget, Manpower
Budget, Training Plan, Employees Turnover Report Etc
B. INTERNAL AUDITOR
An ideal candidate should have a Master Degree with a certificate in
CIA ( Certified Internal Auditor ) and CISA ( Certified Information
Systems Auditor )
* Must possess high legvel skills in English and Arabic language
The candidate shall have at least 10 15 years experience in Internal
Auditing and External Audition. Must have independently handled the
internal auditing function for more than 5 years
STRATEGY & PLANNING
plan the appropriate audit approach for performing the assigned tasks
within audit function
Determine risk management, control, and governance processes in line
with the objective of the management
Define opportunities for improving the management control,
profitability and standards of operations
Develop a flexible annual audit plan using an appropriate risk-based
methodology, including any risks or control
