• Maintain all records and organization of monthly payrolls and insurance bank reconciliations.
• Perform calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions to ensure compliance with national laws.
• Respond to employee enquiries or complaints related to rules and regulations of compensation and benefits.



Requirements:

• University degree in Business administration with specialized coursework in accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in the preparation and maintenance of financial and statistical records, employee payroll, compensation, and benefits in a financial institution in the GCC.
