A major Bahraini retail company is seeking a



with the following duties and responsibilities:

The position reports to Project Development Manager.
The purpose of the role is to plan and implement new business activities in order to meet company board of directors' plans for retention growth and profitability, and to contribute to the executive management of the company.

01  Plan, develop and implement strategy for organizational development (covering areas relevant to the board of directors' plan of income and risk diversification, company growth, economic opportunity growth, and board structure specialization etc..)

02.  Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of organizational performance.

03 Perform Business and financial strategy and planning, monitoring, management and reporting, including management and development of policies, systems, processes and personnel involved.

04 Monitor, measure and report on organizational development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.

05 Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary organizational development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization.

06 Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for business development.

07. Plan and implement marketing strategy, including advertising and public relation.

08 Contributing to strategic planning and development as a member of executive team, and reports to executive and management team.

09. Plan sales and marketing resources according to agreed budgets.

10. Contribute to formulation of policy and strategy of the company.

11. Recruit, manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff according
to company procedures, policy and employment law.

12. Manage and develop direct reporting staff

13. Manage and control expenditure within agreed budgets.

14. Liaise with other functional/ departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects of organizational development and to ensure they are fully informed of organizational development, and to ensure they are fully informed of organizational development objectives, purposes and achievements.

Person requirements:

* Ability to work in a team environment with rapidly changing priorities and demands.
