Required Skills & Experience
* University degree.
* Ten
(10) years of IT experience, in which three (03) years working on ITSM

Foundation & ISO20000 Certification is a must and Service Management

* Experience with end-to-end implementation, customization of screens
and fields, report development using actuate, and customized
configuration.
* Good knowledge of Windows Server Platform and Microsoft SOL Server.
* Knowledge of Directory Services (LDAP, Active Directory).
* Team player.
* ITIL Foundation certification.
• Maximo ITSM certification is preferred.
Responsibilities:
* Support current and ongoing implementations working in the areas of
Maximo ITSM. Identify areas of
customization and optimization and provide solutions that meet the
business need.
* Customization of Tivoli Maximo according to ITIL best practices.
* Administration of Tivoli Maximo (installation, backup, etc ... ).
* Support requests from users to research system problems or errors, and
assist with the resolution in a timely and customer-friendly manner.
* Technical documentation on any customization.

"Service Desk Specialist"
Required Skills & Experience
* University degree.
* Minimum of five (05) years in the same position.
* Must have Help Desk professional experience, preferably in an ITIL
environment.
* Good knowledge of any Service Desk tool. Knowledge of Tivoli Maximo is
preferred.
* Strong PC skills with knowledge of MS office required.
* Good communication with internal/external customers.
* Must have ITIL Foundation certification.
• IT Service Management qualification is essential.
