The American University of Kuwait (AUK) is a private, co-educational university in Kuwait based on the U.S. model of liberal arts education.
AUK is seeking a young and highly motivated individual for the position of Institutional Research Associate. This person is responsible for collecting, managing, analyzing and communicating institutional data for the purposes of institutional reporting planning and performance improvement. Also the Associate is responsible to develop standards and procedures for the storage and retrieval of university data. In addition, this person will participate in data sharing and institutional research organizations, including but not limited to the association of American University Data Exchange (AAUDE), Higher Education Research Institute (HERI) and Association for Institutional Research (AIR).
 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

• A Bachelor's degree in quantitative research or social science field.
• At least two years working experience of the following: Banner, NVivo, SPSS or
• Microsoft Office.
