Minimum Qualification:
· Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
· Working knowledge of utilities Network Modeling Programs, AutoCAD, and MS
Office Suite.
· Knowledge of civil and/or other engineering principles and techniques related
to utilities design.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills required to develop project
reports, write specifications and create accurate and timely utility project
drawings.
· Ability to work effectively with others and to be flexible in work
