FINANCIAL CONTROLLER


The ideal candidates must be a qualified ACCA ICPA ICA IMBAI PGDM with post qualification experience of 5 to 7 years in a related industry. The Financial Controller will report to the Director and will handle the following key responsibilities.

• Formulate policies and procedures with respect to finance, accounts and financial administration.

• Analyze financial implications and generates standard financial reports.

• Lead and develop the finance team, processes and controls to underpin significant growth in revenues.
• Act as the centre of excellence in financial reporting and control while working closely with management to improve further the relevance and the timeliness of management information to support critical operational decision making.

• Interact with external auditors and consultants.
• Comply with the relevant regulatory standards and legal requirements.

• Ensure adequate control procedures are in place and adhered to for all financial areas.

• Handle the implementation of financial strategy planning budget preparation, and budgetary control.


For the above position, prerequisites are excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deal with all levels of client management and staff.
