Job Responsibilities:


Develop and maintain all necessary financial controls, system and processes to ensure efficient and effective management of the Company's finances, coordinating with banks & financial institutions and compliance with statutory requirements.



Qualification:


Chartered Accountant I Certified Public Accountant
 


Knowledge & Skills:

Expert level knowledge of financial reporting. Excellent communication skills. Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
Ability to lead a team.



Experience:

At lease 7 years experience in finance & accounting functions and minimum 2 years experience as Chief Accountant / Finance Manager. Working knowledge in ERP and Microsoft office. Should be well conversant with financial reporting, budgeting, project costing and other development tools. Working experience in S/W Company is a plus.
