Job #. 1 Personnel, HR & Administrative Affairs Executive Manager
Responsible for:
Recruiting and staffing.

Conducting salary survey's, salaries scale and grading system.
Developing and enhancing payroll.
Compensation, incentives, benefits, remuneration programs.
Job descriptions, job evaluation procedures.
Design, prepare, implement the annual training plan and career path programs.
Staff budget and the job consecution.
Layout the manual of the administrative affairs and human resources policies
and procedures.
Perfect knowledge in different administrative affairs systems.
Coordinate implementation of services, policies.
and programs.
Monitor human resources development activities.
Educational qualifications and practical experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration with minimum 15 years of field
experience.
Able to communicate with all level of managements.
Job #.2 Chief Financial Officer Responsible for:
* Lay down the financial policies and ensure the integrity of accounting
transactions in accordance with the international accounting standards.
* Maintain the bank financial dues by means of providing an accounting system
that reflect the financial position, several operations costing, and performance
of responsibility centers (profit/cost).
* Study, analyze, manage and process general financial accounts of the bank
* Control over the financial resources and expenses.
* Ensure relevant financial & statutory reports are produced accurately and
timely.
* Lay down the financial reports (annual balance sheet - income statements -
capital expenses ¬auditing financial statements).
Continuously controlling the cash flows.
Educational qualifications and practical experience:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting.
* CA / CPA certified
* 15 - 20 years of Finance, Accounting experience, of which (5 - 10) years of
Banking experience or Islamic Banking experience as an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of international accounting standards such as IFRS/IAS
* Computer literacy and knowledge in MS office and finance application software
Job #.3 Credit Policy & Risk Management Executive Manager
Responsible for:
Design and prepare the Islamic products general credit policies.
Design and prepare studies on ri*s and credit facilities policies.
Perfect knowledge in different finance and Islamic products.
Credit evaluation of corporate credit 'Portfolio of the bank.
Coordinate with the External Auditor for credit issues.
Monitor and handle the communications and
operations of all syndicate loans.
Educational qualifications and practical experience:
Bachelor's degree with minimum 15 years of field experience.

Responsible for:
Strong command in treasury ops. , reconciliation foreign banks operations

Strong command in all corresponding banks operation and foreign currency

Educational qualifications and practical experience:
