Retail Operations Manager
Post Graduate degree with minimum 10 years of Electronics experience in Kuwait Overall responsibility of Concept Operations in Kuwait
Oversee all management functions like buying, training, marketing, logistics, systems & procedures, budgeting etc.
• Establish excellent retail standards on the floor with thrust on customer service and database management
Strategist, analytical, extrovert and a great team player
Proven track record in managing Electronics retailing concept, currently responsible for generating a turnover of over KD 15 million p.a.
Purchase Manager ,
Minimum 7 years experience with degree in Materials Management, IT or related discipline Thorough knowledge of Consumer Electronics, Appliances & IT products
Strong network with product suppliers, distributors & vendors with-in Kuwait
Excellent negotiations & communication skills for local & international procurements Complete knowledge of front end & back end margins, merchandising, ATL & BTL promotions Result & bottom-line oriented currently responsible for buying over KD 10 million p.a.
Buyers
University Graduate & computer proficient
Minimum 3 years of retail buying & product marketing experience in the areas of Consumer Electronics, Appliances, IT products & Accessories
Strong relevant cost and profit margin knowledge
Good negotiations & communication skills in working with suppliers & agents
A proactive & well organized team player who can work under pressure & carries good business sense
Ability to handle main product category independently & grow consistently
Store Manager
• University Graduate & Computer Literate
Solid experience in large format store/s management dealing in Electronics, Appliances, IT & Telecom products
Good man-management and leadership ability for cultivating team spirit Service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
Accountable in all aspects for day to day running of the store and leading the sales team to achieve sales & profit targets
Excellent in English with Arabic a definite advantage
