PERMANENT POSITION AS

PROTOCOL / LOGISTIC OFFICER

The Delegation of the European Union is looking for a Protocol/ logistical officer to join as a permanent staff member.


Requirements


- Secondary education diploma (given the nature of the job, a higher university diploma or public relations qualifications would be an asset).
- Minimum experience of 3 years as protocol officer, preferably in an embassy or international organization.
- Experience in carrying out protocol and logistical arrangements for VIP visits meetings with Ministries and public events.
- Languages: Very good knowledge of spoken and written English and Arabic Resident in Saudi Arabia
- and willing to transfer Iqama under the Delegation sponsorship.
- Availability to travel frequently and at short notice.
- Excellent ability to work in a team and to maintain contacts at high level Excellent organizational skills
- Very good computer knowledge and ability to create and update data basis
