Commissary Project Manager


Shall have a College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Management, Accounting or any other related field. At least ten (10) years practical and documented experience of which a minimum of seven (7) years most be at management level Must have proven managerial and administrative skills in operations, including but not limited to: marketing, development of operational procedures, inventory/order stuck control, health and safety, sanitation, quality assurance, merchandising, training and customer relations. Preferably Western/European national.


Store Manager


Shall have a College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or any other related field. At least eight (8) years practical and documented experience in supermarket industry, of which a minimum of five (5) years must be at management level managing a single retail outlet no less than 20,000 square feet size. Must have proven managerial and administrative skills in operations, including but not limited to: marketing, development of operational procedures, inventory/order stock control, health and safety, sanitation, quality assurance, merchandising, training and customer relations.


Quality Assurance Officer


Shall have B.S. in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry or any related field. At least five (5) years experience in the food industry and in food programs such as HACCP.


Quality Trainer (Food Safety, Health & Safety, Quality Assurance)


Shall have o B.S. in Teaching or alternate qualification or an Engineering/Chemical B.Sc. with a PGDIPDC in teaching/training from a fully accredited & reputable university. Shall have minimum eight (8) years experience in training in the development, oversight & coordination of operational safety programs & quality assurance programs.


Bakery Specialist


Shall have High School Diploma; At least minimum of six (6) years practical and documented experience as a baker, pastry chef, cake decorator or confectioner in a commercial food service facility, of which three (3) years must be at supervisory level.


Fresh Produce Specialist


Shall have High School Diploma; At least minimum of four (4) years practical & documented experience in fresh produce management. Additional skills should encompass but not limited w purchasing health & safety, sanitation, quality assurance, merchandising, training & customer relations.


Deli/ Dairy/ Meat/ Frozen Food Specialist


Shall have High School Diploma; At least minimum of six (6) years practical & documented experience in delildakylmeatl frozen food operations, of which three (3) years must be at supervisory level. Additional skills should encompass but not limited to purchasing, health & safety, sanitation. quality assurance, merchandising training & customer relations.


Customer Service Representative


Shall have Associate Degree or higher basic courses in Computer, English or Business. At least minimum three (3) years experience in customer relation service. Shall have a good command of the English language both written and verbal.


Deli/ Dairy/ Frozen Food/ Fresh Produce Assistants


Shall have High School Diploma. At least three (3) years practical & documented experience in deli/dairy/meat operations and fresh produce management Personal attributes shall include, but not limited to: positive attitude, energetic creative and receptive to change, organized, self-disciplined, clean, smart and well presented.


Butcher


Shall have High School Diploma. At least three (3) years practical & documented experience of working as a Butcher in an institutional, industrial or commercial butchery. Must understand the various commercial cuts of meat and the methods of preparing them; have know/edge of the procedures of sanitation in meat preparation.


Baker

Shall have High School Diploma. At least three (3) years practical & documented experience as a Baker in a large hotel, institutional/industrial kitchen or in a full line bakery/restaurant Must possess full understanding of how to bake various breads, rolls, doughnuts, cakes, pastries, pies, croissants, puddings, sauces, icings and how to decorate baked items as required.


Assistant Store Manager


At least six (6) years practical and documented experience in supermarket industry of which a minimum of three (3) years must be at supervisory level. Experience shall include in managing retail supermarket, specifically in planning & scheduling manpower, inventory/order stock control, safety, sanitation, quality assurance, merchandising training & customer relations.


Safety Officer


Shall have B.S. in Safety Engineering or Occupational Safety from a fully accredited and reputable university; or alternate qualification, including &S. in Chemical, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. At least minimum eight (8) years experience in occupational health & safety.


Head Cashier


Preferably shall have B.Sc_ in Accounting. At least six (6) years practical & documented experience as Head Cashier in o busy first class hotel, restaurant or supermarket of which three (3) years must be at supervisory level. Must have a goad sense of excellent customer relations and capable of operating a modern computerized cash register. An excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal is desirable.


Cashier


Shall have High School DOING. At least three (3) years practical & documented experience as Cashier in a busy first doss hotel, restaurant or supermarket Must have a good sense of excellent customer relations and capable of operating a modern computerized cash register. An excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal is desirable.


Shop Assistant


Shall have High School Diploma. At least three (3) years practical & documented experience as Shop Assistant in a large supermarket. Must be capable of hard labor; able to speak. read and understand the English language; have a high standard of personal hygiene and able to work as pan of a team.


Driver


Shall hove High School Diploma. At least three (3) years practical & documented experience as n Driver of both private and commercial vehicles. Must have a valid Saudi Arabian driving license.


Inventory Cost Control Supervisor


Preferably shall have B.Sc. in Accounting. At least six (6) years practical & documented experience in purchasing, warehousing, inventory/order stock control, accounting and , general storage procedures. Must be computer literate; have good arithmetical ability with knowledge of both metric and imperial weights; knowledge of storage temperatures; able to receive, check, segregate, and process all incoming or outgoing goods/materials.

Merchandiser/ Stocker
