HEAD OF ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE


Position Objectives:

To be directly involved in the planning, designing, bidding and all construction in addition to managing all maintenance activities for the company locations.


Qualifications: Civil Engineer.


Responsibilities:


• Follow all designs process for new projects.
• Manage Bidding the contractor.
• Supervise all construction activities
• Handover project to maintenance:
• Handover project to operation sector.
• Handle and implement all maintenance issues.


Requirements:


• Sound technical skills.
• Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects schedules while being involved in detailed technicalities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent Negotiating skills.
• Management ability of planning and organizing maintenance process.
• Minimum 7 years experience on the same field.
• Experienced in QSR / related projects.
