VACANCIES

A leading multi national company offering food processing solutions for FMCGs, has recently expanded operation and has the following vacancies at its head office in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Preference will be given to Saudi Arabian Nationals



COST ANALYST

The ideal candidate should be a commerce graduate, MBA or CMAJCA/CPA, with fine written and spoken English and good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
The incumbent should have 4-5 years experience in cost analysis/accounting and
reporting in a large manufacturing company, preferably an FMCG. Ability to work
under pressure and networking abilities are desired for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and report Key Performance Indicators
• Control and analyze expenses
• Prepare and report cost calculations (XLC)
• Analyze cost and find opportunities for improvements
• Monitor monthly stock count
• Carry out investment follow-up and fixed assets control
• Assist factory management for estimates and target setting


FACTORY CONTROLLER


The ideal candidate should be a postgraduate in statistics, mathematics or business administration with sound business acumen, holistic and strategic approach to business and people project management experience. Demonstrated
understanding of general business finance and experience of working in 24/7 operations is a priority.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly carton and straw KPI reporting, analysis and follow-up
• Quarterly carton XLC reporting (to GFC-C) and cost analysis
• Monthly expenses control (review, accruals and follow-up)
• Fixed assets and CFC review
• Co-ordinate with MC for month end closing
• Quarterly stock check, raw materials and finished goods for converting and straw factories



RAW MATERIAL PLANNER


The candidate should be a graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business or equivalent with good planning and analytical skills. He should be fluent in English (both written and oral) and computer literate with a deep knowledge of supply chain integration. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a large company.

Responsibilities:

• Plan material requirement by converting sales forecast into raw material requirement
• Raise purchase orders for suppliers and following up shipping documents until goods are cleared and received in warehouse



ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN


The candidate should be an electrical or electronics engineer having 4 years of industry experience and knowledge of PLC (Siemens 57 families) with ability to read, interpret, modify and develop 57 programmes. Broad knowledge of the concept and philosophies of industrial control systems and knowledge of industry codes and standards will be desired. The candidate should be willing to work in various shifts on rotation.

Responsibilities

• Work under the World Class Manufacturing methodology to analyze and eliminate problems
• Be familiar with the use of common electrical instruments e.g. DMM,
Oscilloscope, Chart-and paperless recorders, Ammeters, etc.
• Be familiar with the maintenance of motors (AC, DC and Servo)
• Able to set up and configure drive systems e.g. DC Drives, inverters, Servo Drives
• Knowledge of Windows-based computer systems and programmes and familiarity with Auto Cad will be an advantage


Supplier Management Process Driver


The incumbent should be a graduate in Finance, Accounting or Business with valuable people and project management experience and deeper understanding of finance controlling aspect of procurement.

Responsibilities:

• Procurement and Performance Measurement / KPI Information Systems
• Database Management and deploying the Supplier Management (SM) Process across processes/functions
• Strengthen the role of General Purchasing team into a Central Purchasing / Procurement team with a mandate to negotiating and following up Key Performance Indicators (KPls)
• Review and support supplier risk management and monitor deployment of SM Process and performance measurement



MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

The incumbent should be an electrical or mechanical engineer with the ability to lead a team and take effective control of the shift for production and maintenance. The candidate must have 4 to 5 years experience in a manufacturing plant as a maintenance technician doing electrical and mechanical work. The candidate should be willing to work in various shifts on rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Apply theory and principles of mechanical engineering to modify, develop, and test machinery and equipment under direction of engineering staff
• Devise, fabricate and assemble new or modified mechanical components for products, such as industrial machinery or equipment, and measuring instruments
• Discuss changes in design, method of manufacture and assembly, and drafting techniques and procedures with staff and coordinate corrections
• Review project instructions and specifications to identify, modify and plan requirements fabrication, assembly and testing
• Prepare parts sketches and write work orders and purchase requests to be furnished by outside contractors



ACCOUNTANT

The incumbent should be a graduate in Finance, Accounting or equivalent with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The candidate must have 4 to 5 years experience in a manufacturing plant as a accountant or handling financial matters.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer invoicing and reconciliations
• Handle accounting relating to general expenses and employees travel routines
• Prepare bank reconciliations and handle other standard book closing routines



CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE


The Customer Service Representative should be a university graduate with the capacity to manage Packaging Material operational issues for customers while working in close collaboration with KAMs (Key Accounts Managers) and the Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English with a fair knowledge of MS-Excel and commendable presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Plan packaging material and material supply chain
• Place and confirm sales order and deliver schedule creation and follow-up
• Manage finished goods inventory
• Forecast handling and coordination with KAMs



Marketing Executive (Saudi Male/Female)


The candidate should be an MBA or BBA with exemplary leadership and flexibility while working within a multi-cultural and international organization. She must be well organized and highly motivated.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute and follow through strategic and tactical projects, including analyzing and understanding market dynamics
• Contribute to brand and design development


PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

The candidate should be a graduate in Engineering or other related field, with at least 3-5 years of proven experience in manufacturing and experience in supervising a production team. The incumbent must have strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day work flow of production operators and fulfill production schedules
• Maintain time and production records
• Implement safety policies/practices among employees, including enforcing safety
regulations




RECEPTION AND RELATIONSHIP COORDINATOR


The Coordinator should be a graduate with appropriate secretarial skills and multi-tasking ability. The incumbent should have a pleasant personality and the willingness to do various coordination and secretarial work for the HR Department as well.

Responsibilities:

• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen incoming calls and respond independently
• Greet visitors and employees to determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
• Provide information about company stich as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided
• Assist and participate in HR projects and at public, social, and business gatherings as per direct manager instructions

The incumbent should have a graduate in mechanical technology and should have knowledge of hydraulics/pneumatics, mechanical power transmission, gearbox balancing, alignment, bearing monitoring. • Discuss changes in design, method of manufacture and assembly, and drafting techniques and procedures with staff and coordinate corrections

MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

The ideal candidate should be a high school graduate with experience in usage of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with MS Outlook Calendar required and the candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Daily stock check and data entry of finished goods and raw material
• Make delivery notes from PM system for all shipments loaded
• Maintain records of all incoming raw material shipments and follow up with suppliers for raw material deliveries
• Movement of finished goods from factory to the warehouse



FORK LIFT DRIVER

The candidate should have industrial school education with at least 2 years of relevant experience and a valid driver’s license in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The
candidate should be willing to work in various shifts on rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Forklift operation indoors and outdoors
• Shipping and receiving, order pulling, packing in the manufacturing industry





TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER


The candidate should be a graduate in engineering or have a diploma in electrical or electronics engineering. The candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and the ability to promote and support processes through World Class Manufacturing CM) methodologies,

Responsibilities:

• Continuous interaction with production and other functions of factory
• Develop Quality standards with associated monitoring methodologies
• Close coordination with team to measure and improve Perfect Delivery standards



MACHINE OPERATOR


The ideal candidate should have a diploma in mechanics, engineering or chemistry with an advanced knowledge of lamination and extrusion processes, or printing processes (flexo printing), or relevant experience in a printing industry. The incumbent should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position and good command of English (both spoken and written). The candidate should be willing to work in various shifts on rotation.

Responsibilities:

• - Operate a laminating press at the highest efficiency possible while following standard operating procedures and work instructions to produce a high quality product
• Ensure smooth operations including print assembly, type setting and transfer onto metal plates
• Preparing the press for printing and tending the press as it runs
• Set up and operate slitting machine to cut sheet metal into strips of specified widths
• Thread sheeting through slitter and verify dimensions of cut to specifications, using rule
• Perform all job task utilizing required personal protective equipment and safety procedures
• May perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

The candidate should be a graduate in logistics or equivalent with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional leadership and team building
skills, He should have the ability to motivate, mentor and develop direct reports and show a keen commitment for providing superior customer service.

• Supervise all shipping/warehouse operations
• Guarantee all operational reports are timel correctly and efficiently done

• Monitor the process as per the Process Control Plan
• Monitor the product specification through the Product Control Plan
• Support the GM Pillar in statistical process control

The candidate should be a graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business or equivalent with good planning and analytical skills. He should be fluent in English (both written and oral) and computer literate with a deep knowledge of supply chain integration. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a large company.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and optimize production process through the process matrix supports customer management and satisfaction besides growth of company business.
• Liaise with Customer Service Representative and Material Planning
• Optimizing Production environment and monitoring Production Sequence Template
• Guarantee Optimization of Production efficiency through planning (e.g. improving co-print ratio)
