We are seeking a dynamic, sales-focused Operations Manager to lead our
newly-operational DAMMAM office. Working closely with our associate clarendon
Parker, a regional leader in recruitment and staffing solutions,
you will develop the productivity and profitability of the team and manage the
office efficiently and effectively.
Your responsibilities will include business development to build brand
awareness in the Eastern Province, sales forecasting and developing and
motivating the team to hit their targets.
You should have at least 5 years proven recruitment expertise with a minimum
of
2 years experience In a managerial position as well as
good knowledge of GCC labour laws and visa procedures.
You will be an excellent communicator an added advantage.
with the ability and confidence to lead the team and develop this new
territory.
Fluency in written and spoken English is a pre-requisite with Arabic
